Where do I get the whole regimen? I want to try the whole thing, but I don't know where to go to buy the gloves or a book that shows all the exercises and how to do them? I found one book on amazon, but it doesn't show the exercises! help!
PS... Ms. Rowland, when i do this particular exercise , I feel it in my eyes, upper eyelids to be exact, is this supposed to work the forehead, the eyebrows or the eyes? (or all). I like your energy and exercises and might get your program to supplement what I have already! Thanks!
@hikeandbiketampabay this exercise will lift the brow and begin to firm certain areas of your forehead. It’s when you use the entire program that the best results are achieved!

Hello, how many times in a row do you we need to repeat this exercise? do we need to do it twice a day (in the nornings and evenings)? is it enough to do just once a day?

This exercise works but sadly its not perment. i did this excerise once everyday for month i do see a difference but the eyelift is only temperary & lasts a few minutes...but this helps better if you are penciling your eyebrows. your skin is lifted to see your nautral eyebrow arch so youll know where to pencil them in.

hi cynthia, I know that you have the entire series of facial exercise. i would like to know do we do all the exercises 6 days in a row or we do one at a time? for instance, this eye lift for 6 days in a row, then for the next 6 days, we do the cheek lift exercise. or can we do all the facial exercise all in one day, 6 days in a row?

This is an amazing exercise, my upper brow area has been a real problem for me in the past, but I've been amazed by the results. Best of all, it's free and takes so little time and effort, you can do it just about anytime and easily work it into a routine.
I noticed an instant difference after doing this. I'm a male but I am really into makeup, and I've been very irritated by the fact that most men have lower brow lines and therefore don't have much room for eye makeup. I did notice my forehead wrinkles become more pronounced temporarily but I will keep doing this and see what happens.
@19myself91 The forehead that wrinkles is mushy due to the frontalis muscle that is lax. In Week Six your forehead will begin to tighten so that lines are less apparent.
@cynthiarowland hi, im almost a 23 year old man and i have droopy eyelids due to big eyelids but thats not the case the case is i started developing triple eyelid folds, do u think this exersis will help stretch the exes skin that develops that third fold on my eyelid? if so then how many do i have to do a day and for how many seconds with each stretch and how many days or months do i have to keep doing it for to see permanent results? thank you in advance.
