i don't see how i was being a dick. and i'm pretty sure, i'm not alone in feeling i wasn't rude. i'm just sick of all these people that THINK they know ANY thing. you sound like one of those chodes that has something to say about something
@LDDR If you actually listen to what Dave says at the start he really does say All Apologies and there is no way you can mistake that for On A Mountain because the words don't even sound similar, so go figure YOU don't know everything either.
Studio version or this one, I've always thought it was a pretty blatant "Courtney is a bitch" song. The whole song to me sounds as though Kurt is giving some kind of a good bye to Courtney, like he's going to leave her, or maybe he meant leave the whole world by killing himself, it's impossible to know. It actually surprises me though that Courtney pushed so hard to put this song out into the mainstream while it seems pretty negative against her....
if the lyrics that he sings here, live, are different than what he sings on the studio verson then what are the lyrics kurt is singing now, or during this show because I can't make them out. answer me that bitches
Courtney made Kurt change the lyrics. The lyrics are completely different in the studio version, and in this live version, the lyrics are clearly aimed at Courtney/ their crumbling relationship.
really courtney made him change the lyrics? Thts what i was wondering..it started with him saying i don't love her..and stuff like that. Then it came to only one sentence where he talks about her "She only wants to love herself" in the single you know you're right..i like this version better..when he says hey here..its has so much moe emotion
no, its not true. he was just so doped up all the time, that he sometimes did not remember lyrics. hence , constant babbling in the middle of song at live shows
you know you're right! xS (about "true nirvana fans") well.. i still hope to find the whole final nirvana's recording session some day from Robert Lang Studios (1994) with other 12 unreleased songs somewhere on youtube, like i've found Fecal Matter - the Holy grail of Nirvana...:P
you guys ever notice that it sounds like the lyrics are a little different than the LP version. i'm sure its just kurt famous singing voice slurring the words but still...
I don't need love again I don't sigh and mope again I don't need love again just don't think its worth it I don't really love her I don't bare to know her I won't take her love again its the way your love hurts its the way your mad again look away, not again I won't ever promise her I don't bare to love her
@bekschater I don't bare to follow you I don't really promise you since i'm tired of loving you think I'm tired of how it is look away, and mope again Pain, Pain, Pain, Pain, Pain, You know your... teach him that I like him I won't ever promise you I won't even bother to I didn't need this kiss I don't really want that I didn't want you

i don't see how i was being a dick. and i'm pretty sure, i'm not alone in feeling i wasn't rude. i'm just sick of all these people that THINK they know ANY thing. you sound like one of those chodes that has something to say about something
LDDR 2 years ago
You should probably get your facts straight first.
harrigi515 2 years ago
@LDDR If you actually listen to what Dave says at the start he really does say All Apologies and there is no way you can mistake that for On A Mountain because the words don't even sound similar, so go figure YOU don't know everything either.

Studio version or this one, I've always thought it was a pretty blatant "Courtney is a bitch" song. The whole song to me sounds as though Kurt is giving some kind of a good bye to Courtney, like he's going to leave her, or maybe he meant leave the whole world by killing himself, it's impossible to know. It actually surprises me though that Courtney pushed so hard to put this song out into the mainstream while it seems pretty negative against her....
westpsmity 2 years ago
if the lyrics that he sings here, live, are different than what he sings on the studio verson then what are the lyrics kurt is singing now, or during this show because I can't make them out. answer me that bitches

Courtney made Kurt change the lyrics. The lyrics are completely different in the studio version, and in this live version, the lyrics are clearly aimed at Courtney/ their crumbling relationship.
hockeytard3650 2 years ago 21
really courtney made him change the lyrics? Thts what i was wondering..it started with him saying i don't love her..and stuff like that. Then it came to only one sentence where he talks about her "She only wants to love herself" in the single you know you're right..i like this version better..when he says hey here..its has so much moe emotion
Kurt101Cobain 2 years ago
no, its not true. he was just so doped up all the time, that he sometimes did not remember lyrics. hence , constant babbling in the middle of song at live shows

@hockeytard3650 she really made him change the lyrics????? o i hopt not....dont understand a lot in this version.....

It got it's name "On a Mountain" from being mislabeled by bootleggers who heard "All Apologies" as "On a Mountain"

most nirvana fans are ignorants
the ones who call them as "true fans" mostly

you know you're right! xS (about "true nirvana fans") well.. i still hope to find the whole final nirvana's recording session some day from Robert Lang Studios (1994) with other 12 unreleased songs somewhere on youtube, like i've found Fecal Matter - the Holy grail of Nirvana...:P
