do you have to use glue because i did this to my fender mex tele but without the glue but it so far has worked a treat, so wondered if you really need the glue?

No, I don't think you need glue. As you said, it works, so there's no need to add any glue then.

Anyway, do you have to use a power drill, or can you use a normal screwdriver?

@SlashGnR09 I personally just used a normal screwdriver because i dont own a power drill but it worked fine for me plus it doesn't take much longer to do then with a powerdrill. Short answer no, you CAN use a screwdriver.

Hey SKITFU the paper he is using is fine sandpaper or it's better to use wax paper.
