I can just agree with everybody, I missed the mudblood scene in the movie =( Although I pitied Severus even more in the movie, because it was just unfair and he hadn't even done something wrong. I guess the book Lily is much more sympathic and understandable...

Yes! I like that you've done the whole hate thing, that really was a shame that they cut that, it seemed that she just chose James, and it was all a bit senseless. Especially annoyed that they left out the 'Mudblood' scene, I really can't see why they did at all :/ Same with her criticising his friends. Brilliant! :)

This is so amazing hun. Really, the whole video is just truly touching, especially the end scene *tear*. I agree with everyone here, The Prince's Tale was my fav. part of the whole movie and you really did it justice with this video. Loved it! :)

@FiryClaw I totally agree. I feel like if I hadn't read the book I wouldn't have known what was going on. I think they needed to add more scenes of Lily/Snape as kids and teenagers. But yes, Alan Rickman still made it amazing. I think he deserves an Oscar for his performance :)

Even if I read DH years ago and knew what would come, to see Snape's memories and death on the screen...wow that's a whole other story...anyway I like your video very much!

I rather liked what they'd done with the chapter, though I wish that part in the movie had been a little longer, and I would have liked to see the break up between them ... but oh well, one can't have everything ...
@FiryClaw that's true, but actually the break up scene would have been necessary to understand the plot if you did not read the book. In the movie it appears like Lily/Severus/ James had some kind of an odd triangle relationship! ;-) And there is this awkward moment when Snape holds Lily in his armes and Harry as baby in the background where you could think: Who's actually truly Harry's dad? Snape or James??? LOL

The movie doesn't provide any reason for their break up whatsoever, and that really bugged me. The plot is indeed a bit mucked up now. xD And I really liked the scene where he found Lily's body, though the implications made me go 'wth?' He basically just left baby Harry there without even knowing if the child would be safe!
