Looks like Entwistle's defense team will next try the "illegal search" routine on their appeal. I guess the police have no right to look for evidence in a house where two people were murdered. Were all the I's and T's dotted and crossed on the search warrant---did they fill out the proper form? Did the only knock 3 times on the door instead of the mandatory 4?
