It's from a tv series called space above and beyond and the actual ships were CGI these are the cockpit/ ejection seats as the whole cockpit came away on ejection as they were space craft!

These were from the TV show SPACE ABOVE and BEYOND. They canopy section of the Hammerhead Fighter....minus the monitors and other guts but still a nice prop...damn why didn't I know about this!!! Probably for the best since it would be in my garage collecting dust and in the way. Not too mention my wife asking why I bought it every chance she could. Great vid.
