To compare Dave Clarke to Digweed is strange, you are not comparing like for like and it's a totally redundant topic.

Dave Clarke = Techno

John Digweed = Prog

I respect both, they are pretty much the pinnacle of their respective genres.

What ozunch meant is, 'I don't like this style of music', which is fair enough.

You should probably give your self the chance to experience this in a club environment though as the energy is insane. : )

The people at the back of the tent can barely even see what he's doing anyways but they can hear what he's doing and that's why they're there.

Gotta laugh at these comments saying this is crap because Clarke isn't waving his arms around everytime he does something or drops a track in. He doesn't need to show off and look for a cheer from the crowd as if to say "look what i just done, now praise me".

He is there to play music and he plays it better than anyone else I think, he puts all his energy and time into making shit happen with the decks etc. there is nothing wrong with that, it's not about him, it's about the music.

if you are for a longer time in the techno scene you would probably know that Dave Clarke is not a DJ Tiesto or Felix Krocher. And he always have the same attitude behind the decks.

He is an artist not some sort of clown.. check out Oscar Mulero, same story with him, he even doesnt loke into the crowd, pretty funny!

I love this dvd. I once had a house party where i connected my dvd player to my PA system and projected this on to the wall, plugged in the smoke machine, put the strobe on and went nuts. Sounds daft but it was brilliant.
