  • Yes, very cool! As a yoga teacher I would emphasize working with basic yoga to lead up to these- injuries give any sport or activity a 'bad rap'! Ford and their models have done a great job at promoting with YouTube.

  • YOu have to work up to them, you can't just try them right off the bat.  She mentions that at the beginning.

  • You shouldn't try this unless you do a warm up vinyasa for arm balances and know good counter-poses (apanasana, salabasana, dvi pada pitham) for after the balance. Its kind of irresponsible to suggest that people try this without giving fair warning.

  • i saw this vdeo before and i started doing them a few days ago, trying to strengthen my arms, and it works. the first few times my tendons popped and hurt liek hell, but i really like these excercises. ive wanted to try yoga too.

  • I think she is very 'light' and a contortionist that's why she's able to make those moves looks so easy and defies gravity like in 01:16 you need to have strong arms or extremely light body weight to do that.

  • No. You need to be strong and aware of your body. I am 275lbs and I can do that same posture and have been doing a very masculine style of Yoga for years.

    Besides, those poses aren't that difficult, I can do most, exept the third, and I'm not a model or a gymansist.

I'm teaching how to make microcurrent, produce microelectricity in the body which may kill the cancer cells and slow down the aging process. I'm doing 55 push-ups in one min, do 9 pull-ups and during swimming use a butterfly strokes.

  • I wiegh over 200 lbs but I am still very skinny; most muscles in my legs and abdomin. I don't think I can lift my body with just my arms.

    Still I will date her despite her man hurting yoga.

  • Ugh, why can't you yoga people learn to point your feet! I do arm balancing all the time, and it akes a lot of work to get good at it, but my goodness you could at least look pretty while you do it! POINT YOUR FEET!!!
