Video Mode Ultra us just a new video setting.
When you use it you'll see a bit sharper textures and the particle density is increased.
Also the shadows are a bit sharper ( But using the highest settings really pushes your framerate backwards)
It aren't that dramatic changes but you can notice a difference. :D
