aww i cant wait to get into cosmetology school unfortunately you have to get your hair cut by an asian person to get it like that.... cuz its about the technique.

There's really no particular name for it.
I've had my hair like this before, except it was much longer at the ends.
Then again I am asian and I do cut my own hair :D
