Ok I haven't seen this movie but it looks terrible. Here's how I rate Adam Sandler's other movies I've seen:

50 First Dates: Full Price (very funny)

Happy Gilmore: Matinee (hey it wasn't so bad)

Big Daddy: Rental (it was ok)

Chuck and Larry: Low rental (it was VERY stupid but I'll admit had a few funny moments)

Not saying either of them are Al Pacino's by the way, but every now and again they are better. With Disney the writers just use the same plot in a different setting continuously and I'm just tired of it. There was a time when I was a kid when Disney didn't just make 10 bad films for every good one. A time when they weren't rich enough to not need to write a proper script. I'm waiting for Disney to pop up out of the grave in anger and take control. Maybe for kids, but otherwise you're right.

Really the only Sandler films that did anything for me were 50 first dates and Click. The beginning of both of them were the same old thing and just idiotic. But around the middle to the end I ended up liking them alot. Click (and I can't BELIEVE I'm saying this) actually made me cry the first time I saw it. Once Adam breaks the routine of bad comedy he's actually a pretty good actor. But then he goes back to this. I just hope he won't share the Rock's fate of just resorting to Disney forever.
