and im interested in learning, i love the empty hand techniques, the knife fighting section and the sticks, alot of people are on this israeli krav maga stuff, but to be honest we all know how to do krav maga already, just watch a few vids and you've learnt krav maga. KM is a good basic fighting style, but i think if you want to become lethal and efficient, and be able to finish a fight quick then kali is the best art
ive watched alot of videos, read alot of articles on the net, books, magaznes etc and ive been to a lot of different martial arts clubs, karate, tae kwon do, wu shu kwan (chinese kickboxing) and aikido and i never really took notice of the filipino art, why im not sure, maybe it was because i was influenced by movies with van damme, steven seagal and others, i never saw kali used in films before so i didnt know much about it when i was younger, but now it seems like a good system to me
@Brady2k10 one of the best systems as it is a complete system,,even more so with jkd concepts you cant go wrong...The Bourne Identity series and The Hunted are the movies i could think of that used kali...
