  • @emolga11

    Orange Soda.

  • @skinfoot all cockatiel females lay eggs no matter what.

  • My cockatiel just layed an egg and it doesn't have a mate. We've had her for a long time and don't know how in the world it just layed an egg without a partner. Please help. she was at the bottom of the cage with her tail directly vertically and we worried so my mom layed a cloth at the bottom and five minutes later a egg appeared. She's just on the stick thing in the cage. Please HELP!

  • @Germania1911

Everything is fine. When a hen lays an egg without a male, it's the same as a woman going through her period. It's all natural, she'll lay a couple more and sit on them for close to a month, and whenever she figures out they won't hatch, she'll set them aside, and that's when you can throw them away, DO NOT throw them away if she's in the process of sitting on them or laying them because she will just keep laying more and problems could happen, so after 21 days, pitch them.

  • @Germania1911 mine lays eggs too without a partner

  • What happends if your female Cockatail lays a pink egg?

  • my female cinnamon grey has her tail up almost vertically...and seems to be pushing something out as if she is constipated or something?? my mom says she is going to lay an egg...as i have three males along with her....she did this same thing last night at the same time and now she's doing it again...other than that she really healthy, poops normally, eats well...enjoys baths and all...any idea if that's how your bird appeared to be when she was laying that egg?please do reply me!

  • how do you can let two cockatiels love together??

  • lol im not a expert i dont want to sound stupid wich i probably am but my cockatiels ive seen them doing there thing but she haznt laid eggs the male is young but the female is pretty old can the females hve eggs even when there pretty old

  • @miguelramirez213 yea of course they can, as long as the female is 13 months or older she's ready cuz im a breader so i breed them when the females are 13+. but the male u can start like at 3+ months

  • @miguelramirez213 yea of course they can, as long as the female is 13 months or older she's ready cuz im a breader so i breed them when the females are 13+ months. but the male u can start like at 3+ months

  • I have a male cockatiel and we thought he was lonely so we got him a female cockatiel, and then the male cockatiel layed an egg so we thought maybe the store got it the wrong way round but then they both started laying eggs and got competitive with each other and started cracking the eggs, then they got old and still try to lay eggs but fail

  • thanks, ur birds look awesome :)

i have 2 pairs n one single female, out of the lot who starts laying eggs this week lol ding ding, female

i kno there will b no chicks but last year even though there were fertilied eggs they didnt hatch and or survive, mmmm maybe this time :)

  • so adorable. gosh the eggs are tiny. :P

  • Hey my female cockatiel just had an egg like literally moments ago and I had a male cockatiel that died a while ago and I just walked by my cockatiel's cage and saw that she was sitting on the ground and thought she was sick. As i got closer u moved away and i saw an egg! Is there any chance that the egg will hatch without the male? PLEASE RESPOND!!

  • @iagubouasig

No it won't hatch, male has to fertilize the egg, no male, no fertilization, no hatching.

  • @litledevel15 hello. how exactly does the male fertilize the egg when it's came out of the lady cockatiels thing?

  • @iagubouasig LOL FAIL

  • a.) hold the camera still

    b.) shut up!

c.) leave your bird alone no need to wave the camera all around..look for a few seconds then leave her! jeez...

  • Apple Juice.

  • YOUR BIRDS ARE SO CUTE!!!

my birds are brother and sister and they keep on mating :/

i have to remove so many eggs!!!

  • @bezwa100 You shouldn't remove the eggs, because the female will just lay more, and this will cause egg-binding, which can be fatal. If you don't want the babies, I suggest you get another cage and separate them so you don't have an unexpected pregnancy.

  • @bezwa100 ummm no offence but, seperate them ! the eggs will b fertile but the chicks could b sick, plus its wierd :O seperate lol

  • really small cage for even one cockatiel.

  • @litledevel15 yes it is. . .i had one like that for 1 bird, then when i had the 2nd bird,i had to buy another because they were fighting for space

  • @Bahamut347

Ok, look when this video was posted 2 YEARS AGO. Hello? Did we forget to read?? I have a whole entire bird room where all my birds free fly now. Watch newer videos bud.

  • nice! you should send one to me in the mail

  • ok that cage is way to small to have chicks in, or let alone 2 cockatiels. i have a 6 feet long by 3 feet high cage, also that one perch, wow. you should have more then that. and thats gonna cause foot problems. if u cant aford a nice big cage and alot of perchs then u shouldnt be such a cheapass and u shouldnt be breeding

  • @CubbiePrincess86 ok have you taken a look at my other videos you dumb cunt? nope I guess not. maybe you should before trying to be all big and hard and think you know everything, guess what, they only had 2 chicks and yes that cage is big enough for 2 cockatiels, plenty of perches and space to move around. 2nd of all your comment doesn't make sense according to English literature, so go back to school! So don't try to be a big hardass and lay down the law on breeding when I know more than you:)

  • @litledevel15 Haha! Lol i hav abot the same size of your nest and its just finnee!

  • i have that cage

  • why is your voice like dat????? are you gay???

  • @smalth

o my fucking god, your just a stupid little prick, no I'm not gay you dumb inconsiderate asshole, why the fuck would you judge me like that? If you must know it's because of my sinus problems that I've had since growing up, so learn about people before fucking judging them you opinionated twat.

  • Thanks for sharing! I love your birds! Very pretty! I have 4 cockatiels!

  • I couldn't see my eggs because the lid can't be lift up!:(

  • my cockatiels layed an egg on the 2/22/10 they have mated and yes they are a pair

  • i got a pair of breeding cockatuels from my moms work and they layed an egg on monday and a second one on wensday. im hoping to have three baby cockatiels in the nest.

  • i got a Lutino and a Common Grey- they just layed about 4 eggs just 30 seconds ago- and they keep on coming!- oh by the way the female doesnt look very happy that you opened the box like that :S

  • @CaptainRyan242 4 eggs in 30 secs. that seems a little impossible, cockatiels lay eggs every other day, so its impossible for that to happen, but yeah cheeks back then hated it when I would look in, but now she doesn;t mind cause her and her mate sylvester trust me now

  • @litledevel15 i said just 30 seconds ago, meaning they finished laying em:P

  • nice. i want a WF. but right now i have a normal grey female and a cinnamon pearl pied male. have they had anymore babies?

  • yeah, they;ve had a total of 5 babies since I've had them, two when this video was taken, and three 2 months ago, now shes on 5 eggs and they are all fertile and about to hatch soon, be sure to check for the videos:)

  • I have a question.. My cockatiel (i don't know if it's a boy or girl) has been like, squatting, shaking and tweeting very quietly... is that what they do when they lay an egg?

  • ouch that must of hurt her butt

  • no but they like layed two eggs at first then we found out they werent futilized and then they decided to lay two more then another then another so now we have 4 eggs. but they are doin fine like their rlly cool and great birds and i love them so much

  • you distubing her??

  • ohh cuz our female only layed 2 so tha is prob why thx for the tips

  • ok but our cocketiels arent sittin on the eggs why??

  • well sometimes if you disturb them alot they won't sit on them, and the female doesn't really starting sitting on them until she lays three or more

  • are you suppost to seperate the girl female from the boy when she layed eggs cuz we dont kno what to do this is our first time???

  • NO NO NO! if you were to do that the babies would die or she wouldn't sit on them because she would be out all the time wondering where the male is. don't separate them, the male guards th nest at night while the female sits, and the male sits on the eggs to give the female a break from sitting.

  • i have a pair of cockatiels to. is it okay if i check there box.

  • did the eggs hatch and how many reply me soon

  • 2 of the 3 eggs hatched WF pearl and WF gray they fledged and soon becoming weaned

  • Years ago I had a cockatiel that I thought was a boy. Couldn't figure out why 'he' was making those weird twittering sounds or lunging at people, until my mum found an egg in the cage. He was a she!

  • is there a male cockatiel? if there isnt then wait till she realizes that the eggs wont hatch then throw them out, if you throw them out while shes laying eggs then shell keep laying more causing her to become calcium deficient then she will die, if there s male wait about a month (17-22 days MAX) if it doesnt hatch throw it away

  • Congrats! Whitefaces are probably tied in rank for my favs w/ lutinos for me. I might be getting a green cheek conure also.
