they have a new one made for the ps3 called the real arcade pro 3 and you can get one on amazon for 120 dollars hope that helps (btw made of all sanwa parts)

Doesn't have to be true. On the sega dreamcast, for example, american lightgun games (hotd, Confidential mission) were only compatible with the Official third party Lightgun in North america, while the Jap and pal version worked with the official Sega lightgun

I got one in the end - it busted my wallet but its a really nice stick.. If you want a TE style joystick for the PS" or couldn't get a TE for the PS3 - this is highly recommended! The two sticks (TE and HRAP2SA) are VERY simmilar, all sanwa - the only difference being the button layout and the size of the ball top (just SLIGHTLY bigger on the TE).

Cool arcade sticks. They are nice. Although I have one question: I have a PS3 that is backwards compatable with PS2 games. Will the PS3 stick work for PS2 titles? Because I own other fighters like Tekken 5 and Capcom Vs SNK 2.

Yes they will work...I have the SC IV one for the ps 3...which is better design the stick secureness than the xbox360's crappy ex stick which feels a bit lose and hard to do quarter circles...I use my SC IV ps 3 stick to play my ps one games like Tekken 2 and 3 and few other fighters...I also use for Tekken Tag....I have a 80 GB one that works with ps 2 games by emu...so if it works for me it should work for you...Its been usuable with old games since like firmware 2.2 or 2.3...I believe.

the ps3 has delay lag when playing ps2 games on it the tac is a good alternative for the pelican if you dont want to buy one off ebay or whatever

okay well then if you don't want it then, then you're not gonna get an adapter with high quality the pelican is the best and it goes for about 75-80 bucks i got mines for 40 but if you wanna look for another adapter thats works just as well as the pelican then lurk the shoryuken forums

well there was another converter called the REAL adapter but they are made in china and they had the olympics and they stopped production because they wanted china's economy to be clean for the olympics and now the owner says they are out of stock and thats the only pelican replacement i know that works with arcade stick but not dualshock ps2 pads

My friend has that adaptor and it is horrible. It feels like playing on a jumbo screen. If you have played on a big TV like at a tourny, you know it is really laggy if not hooked up with the right cables. When you play any online game, you get extra lag on top of the normal lag.....

The adaptor works flawless, what you speak of in regards to the lag is in effect FOR ALL LCD and PLASMA HD TV Sets for older "Street Fighter" and "Cartoon Drawn" fighting titles. The display signal from the unit to the TV lags and online is lag no matter what fighting game you play!!
