In the UK we have a loophole if caught on gatso, speed camera - have yourself and your partner insured on the vehicle - due to laws saying they cannot use a 'front-on' photo they cannot prove who was driving the vehicle at the time.. also they cannot force you to accept tickets, fines or points on your licence if you cannot prove who was there - get sum1 else on your insurance ticket....sorted :D

You can usually get out of a ticket by showing up in court. If you show up for the court date and the officer that gave you the ticket doesn't show up (they usually don't) they will throw out the ticket.

On a side note, it's so easy to outrun one of your Crown Vics, Impalas, etc. 250hp V8 gets you to 60mph in about 10seconds. To everyone out there, if you are on a road with a few turns... and not in a crown vic... you can outrun them everytime.
