@SouthernSMoke91 my truck happens to have over 200K on it and its an 06 GMC sierra. my friends truck had 270K on it and its a 2000 sierra. only thing done on either truck was general maintanence and new wheel bearrings. motor running perfactly with no knocks. trans does its job just fine. now on the other hand my friends dad bought a tundra a few years back(not sure what year) and the trans has been replaced, and his motor is running like shit. real shocker is its only got 90K on it. AMERICA!

@2braappin Not all the Tundras have stuff wrong with them. Every make has lemons and has diamonds. The Tundra is no exception. Toyota has a fantastic reputation for making fantastic trucks. I have numerous friends with Tundras that have never had problems. I will say you are more then likely correct with staging. As for personal preference, I prefer the Nissan Titan to the Toyota Tundra. The Tacoma is awesome though! I had an 08. put 130,000 on it and never a problem.

The fact of the matter is, its pretty stupid to TRY and make a video like this, where you stick the truck in neutral and pretend to do something. Search the 3 vieo series on youtube where Toyota gave a Tundra to an independent cattle rancher and they used it as a 3/4 ton and it did everything. None of it was staged, all of it was certified. Even if you think something is a piece of trash, you have to give it credit where credit is due.

@ducati848e it was to staged, i even think chevy, ford and dodge trials/commercials are staged to some point, there marketing stuff, because each so called test of these trucks they say there all better than each other, and they all have there little nac to theme so they can say there better except for toyota, they just flat out suck, the funny thing is each time i see a tundra theres always something wrong with it and it always gets made fun off by some one im around.........

@2braappin Not all the Tundras have stuff wrong with them. Every make has lemons and has diamonds. The Tundra is no exception. Toyota has a fantastic reputation for making fantastic trucks. I have numerous friends with Tundras that have never had problems. I will say you are more then likely correct with staging. As for personal preference, I prefer the Nissan Titan to the Toyota Tundra. The Tacoma is awesome though! I had an 08. put 130,000 on it and never a problem.

@ducati848e 130 thousand, i hope you wouldent have a problem............ but the truth is a chevy dodge and ford pickup will hold up longer and can tow more, all the people who tow with 5th wheel, car carriers, cattle, horses you name it ive always seen a chevy dodge or ford towing theme, when i when i go to motocross races and see a tundra towing a camper which makes it sag wayyy to much, my friend with his camper was towing a camper a little larger and was not nearly strugling like the tundra.

@2braappin go watch the three episodes on the tundra and the cattle ranch. It is on youtube. after you watch them, then tell me the tundra can't handle a 5th wheel or towing. I am not saying that Tundra is a better truck, I am just saying that it is a good truck overall for dependability.
