How can some people say that corporations are taxed to death when it's so obvious and easy for those that put most Americans to work to pass the tax on to both workers and consumers. Remember, smaller companies are consumers to larger companies therefore it's the larger companies who create the most jobs. Taxes get passed all the way down the hierarchy to the American worker/consumer. Workers and consumers are truly the only ones being taxed.
