One of the funniest series ever made. Only the British can make comedy like this. Thanks Yvette for giving me (and 10789 other viewers) hours of good entertainment. And such a disapointment that we were not able to see the last 2 or 3 seasons. I sincerely hope the surviving castmembers may live long and healthy, and rest in peace for those who past away and didn't play a part in this return. Great work Yvette!!
thank you BBC for this and many other great funny sitcoms, thank you "you tube " for allowing these programs to air, for some odd reason most of these show's were not aired in America, I love British humor and these show's over and over again
Richard Marner and Hilary Minster had died when this was made. Watching the end credits to Allo Allo is the same as Dads Army these days- he's dead, he's dead, oh yes she's dead.....depressing
I like the idea of Rene and Yvette ending up together. It is not as funny as the series final but a lot happier outcome. Edith was a good character and Carmen had a nice voice but the romance was always between Rene and Yvette. Life is too short to spend it with the wrong person. That's one more serious issue that 'Allo 'Allo confronted alongside the Nazis and the prostitution activities. The best comedy is full of social meaning & comment and 'Allo 'Allo has this in spades. Thanx for uploading!
@zerohourkevin Richard Marner, who played the Colonel, had died when they made this. But yeah, it was a shame that Helga and the Captain didn't make a return.
Would have been great indeed, but a little difficult to fit in, I think. He never was a friend of René. Throughout the entire show Flick was in fact a villain. But then, he was the character I loved the most!
The ending would have been better when a parcel from the Swiss was delivered containing Maria.

Wonderful. Thanks from America for posting. Love most of the Britcoms — as we call them — and this one is a particular delight.

@MYRWX I think his character would've been tried and killed or in hiding in South America.
