  • You follow the If It Fits Your Macros approach? Does it really work man?

  • @FitnessKid96 It's pretty much the definition of working. There's no failing. Well, no failing as long as you're mentally strong. gl hf just eating cookies and protein shakes all week, hunger pains are horrible. Other than that, I just ate cookie dough, and I'm on a cut.

  • @brbafkgtg wait what? all u eat is cookie dough and ur CUTTING?! I gotta hear this lol

  • @FitnessKid96 I didn't say that all I eat is cookie dough, but I eat it roughly once a week. It's 100% possible to lose weight eating cookie dough and drinking shakes. ofc. I eat a great amount of micronutrients and proper amounts of macronutrients. Probably better than "clean" eaters.

  • Tim represents motivation! He man when you comin to Pennsylvania so we can hang out TIMBA

  • Kane, what is the impact of your diet, high in fat, in your medical stats like HDL, LDL and etc. Your health is so good as it looks? Thanks.

  • Can me tell somebody what exactly a "macro" is? Or could give me some pages which explain that... would be helpful, thx :)

  • When Chuck Norris grows up he wants to be @timbahwolf.

  • what application is you're using on that diet plan?

  • skinny kid with abs is as impressive as a fat woman with big boobs.

  • @dpalermo45

Neither are as impressive as fat men that claim their moobs are 'all muscle', right?

  • @timbahwolf rofl

  • @dpalermo45 lmao, you jealous much dude?

  • @alexmedrano2000 nahhh dont wanna look like i'm hungry all the time. lmao

  • @dpalermo45 Well at least you've somewhat succeeded there. You don't look like you've ever dieted in your life. I guess you're just an overachiever in that respect.

  • @timbahwolf notsureifsrs

  • @dpalermo45 ;)

    Nah, not really.

  • @dpalermo45

    Confirmed for /fit/ faggot.

  • @dpalermo45 except for the fact that being skinny doesn't mean you automatically get ripped abs.

  • @dpalermo45 ey man he has asian heritage, hence naturally slim build. Anybody can push weight all day long and be a giant, this guy has tone and definition though and an excellent level of fitness. He doesn't look like a jacked up idiot.. dont hate cuz

  • @Stefan2SERB LOL, you're subscribed to Ian McCarthy. You have no credibility son...LOLOL

  • weigh yourself naked bro--we dont mind ;)

  • What program do you use brah?

  • post more videos pleaseee

  • @xCavemann

Favorite nutritionists to read are Alan Aragon and Lyle Macdonald. For myself it was just years of trial and error. Start off with approximately 15 times your body weight for your calorie intake and adjust accordingly.

  • Timbah, for a wrestler like me where strength:weight ratio AND cardiovascular endurance are equally important for success…how would you recommend balancing the two? I've been thinking about training twice a day–runs or interval training in the morning, with strength or speed work in the afternoon. I'm not sure how to gradually incorporate such a high volume routine, probably similar in bodily stress to what you do. A few weeks of just one day training? start out with twice a day… thoughts?

  • @thebigtortuga

If anything, I would probably do stength or spped work first. If you want to incorporate twice per day, begin with a very modest volume in each workout.

  • nice excuse for partial strip tease. when u gonna do some posing to show what you've done with all the training?

  • Train me to be a sexy ninja like you.

  • timbah... that was just an excuse to get shirtless in front of the camera, wasn't it ;)

  • @letrasherfou

Hell, I need an excuse to put a shirt on. That goes double for pants. LOL!

  • heavy weight for low reps or light weight for high reps? whats your philosophy?

  • @gladiator87654321

Why choose only one when you can do both? Same goes for menage a trois... if both women are willing. ;)

Seriously though, for most of us and at least 75% of the time, the heavier the load the better.

  • @gladiator87654321 low reps: 1-5 develops strength, high reps: 10-15 develops size and mid reps gives a bit of both :P i know you didnt ask ME but i thought it would be helpful :D

  • I really love your physique(no homo). Props on the hard work and dedication; people like you are my inspiration(lol that rhymed wtf?!).

  • I've recently switched to "IIFYM" and I feel much better. I think with all my macros accounted for, I'm around 2000 calories, which leaves me with another 300-500 to play with. Feelsgoodman.

  • Timbahwolf...I have solid mass and good physique just need to tone and shed some stubborn belly fat. Any tips diet wise and workout wise?

  • @kingala

Lose weight slowly. Ideally less than 2lbs per week on average. Losing weight at a higher calorie intake is better than losing weight at a lower calorie intake. So don't cut calories too much at the start. As far as the workout, continue to train as heavy as you can. Your weight workouts are to preserve and build muscle and cardio and diet is what you use to create the deficit for fat loss.

  • @timbahwolf Thanks bro. So basically keep a decent calorie intake but eat them more often in lesser amounts right? 6'2" 228lbs...13.8% body fat. I was at 7% 4 years ago. That's my aim. Thanks for the advice

  • what state is your gym going to be in? looking for somewhere to move

  • @wallaj232

Its going to be here in Toronto.

  • @timbahwolf Canadia!!! crap I'm not a citizen but ill have to visit. when it goes up its going on my bucket list

  • @timbahwolf Toronto Scarborough?

  • @DE5TROY

Downtown Toronto... Queen and Bathurst to be exact.

  • felt like i was listening to a porno with the guy in the background narrating in his creepy voice. left disapointed when kane still had his clothes on in the end :(

  • Kane, you've made "layering" an art form. :) Looking great, buddy!

  • @skippypodar

    Thanks, skippy.

  • I'm the opposite of this. I have to eat clean when I cut. I've tried dirty cut etc. fuck my life

  • @tidora yeah not to mention fiber is included in carbs which plays a major part in nutrition/digestion/metabolism....amino acid profiles in proteins (play a huge role in energy and muscle growth) and sat vs. unsaturated fats for your long term cardiovascular health. i think wolfman might be joking with that video description? otherwise he is in great shape (on the outside) but who knows (what his internal health is ?)

  • Are you a personal trainer?

  • the gays(any straight women here?) are wishing he had eaten more pizza.

  • I need Kane genetics so i can 'fit all my necessary macros with anything..........anything!"

  • if u been working out for 30 years how old r u then ?

  • Timba, would you mind going indepth on macro's please? I would really appriciate more information on this topic.

  • do you take any testosterone booster ? or did you ?

  • freaking huge!

    my goal size.!

  • You need to cut your hair to be accurate

  • How many years you've been working out?

  • @AlcoStomper

On and off, close to 30 years. In the last 13 years have only missed 2 weeks straight.

  • @timbahwolf Obviously you're natty.

  • @timbahwolf amazing bro. such an inspiration.. btw. i have the same scale as u in the video. such a piece of shit...

  • @timbahwolf

I do admire your perseverance.....such an amazing body you have! You must be extremely proud of yourself! Do you sometimes eat sweets, and other unhealthy stuff? If yes, how often does that happen? Thanks in advance for your kind answer and congratulation for your exterior look!

  • @timbahwolf so how much was it?

  • How tall are you?

  • @DontStalkCuhz

    178 cm or 5'10.

  • @timbahwolf Sorry Mr. timbahwolf, 5'1 equals 155 cm. Good body though :).

  • @8osman8 he's 5 ft10 not 5ft1....

  • @liveparkouramour 5'1 = 5'10 = 5'100 = 5'1000. That's why this world is going down... Study man, study.

  • @8osman8 wtf are you saying retard 5 foot 1 inch is not the same as 5 foot 10 inches....

  • @liveparkouramour Then according to your brilliant mind 5'1 = 178 cm (Ronaldinho's height...) Hahahaha. You can't be able to notice the dimensions of a person in the screen, that's not your blame, just intelligent people figure it out. An engineer.

  • @8osman8 man your a fucking retard... I said he was 5foot 10 which = 178cm,,, there is no point in arguing with your dumb ass

  • @liveparkouramour First, "you're" not "your". Second, I said that 5'1 = 1'55 (Mr. Timbahwolf's height). And Third, your insults are nothing to me :). Moreover, I won't argue with a soporific jumper or who knows?... a wannabe?

  • @8osman8 And it's the last sentence for you, liveparkouramour. Don't make me waste my time on you. I have better things to do. I said.

  • @8osman8 you still dont get the point do you? Timbahwolf's height is 5ft10inches or 178cm jackass...

  • @8osman8 Hes 5'10 not 5'1 LOL

  • @evinkayavarronay Didn't you know that 5'1 = 5'10??? That's why this world is going down. Come on guys, much more maths to your souls... I'm embarrassed for you, man.

  • @8osman8 Really? Then how would you write 155cm in inches?

  • @elchinolatino91 155 cm = 5.08 ft = 61 in

  • @8osman8 yea ok you are just switching numbers right now. Have fun wasting someone else time

  • @8osman8 His 5ft 10 not 5ft 1...

5ft and 10 inches is equal to 178cm.

    Get your conversions right.

  • @8osman8 Wtf? I may not be Yao Ming but I'm not a hobbit either. Lmao!

  • @8osman8 Wtf? I may not be Yao Ming but I'm not a hobbit either. Lmao!

  • @timbahwolf

LOLOLOL he thinks you are 5ft tall? Troll much?

  • Timba, was that you on that Insane ad? some sort of supplement.

Guy had long hair, ripped as fuark, sizable jaw bra

  • @FxckCensors

Train Insane ads? If so, yep.

  • @timbahwolf

Looking at it right now in the muscle & fitness, can't believe I've seen you there before Youtube

  • What are your daily macro consmption guidelines? Is 40/40/20 a good ratio? (I heard that somewhere) I need to get a strict macro plan.

  • @ashliski

Most of the year, my calories and macros are actually 2500 calories/ 250g protein/ 150g carbs/ 100g fat. If I want to maintain my weight, I just binge on the weekends.

  • @timbahwolf That's quite a lot of fat! Gonna have to eat more peanut butter! Guess you need a fair it of fat to keep your calories up if going down the low carb diet route. You need to do a diet video, because whatever your doing, it works! Would love to know what foods you eat as I'm sure all your followers would!

  • You wear a whole lots of clothes bro :D

  • what is your macros? and how to determine ones own macros to get stronger and build muscle?

  • Fast MISC os fast! GJDM

  • IIFYM AMEN

  • I used to count my macros then I took and arrow in the knee....wat

  • hi kane i have been lifting for about 4 year and I have always been lean but cut. I got my body fat down to 5% over the summer. And I have been dieting for the past 1 and a half year. It just seems really hard for me to grow more muscle. I do a lot of cardios, lifts 5-6 days a week and I eat a lot. But it seems can't gain weight. I just started to take protein shakes once a day about 1 month ago. Any suggestions for me? btw im about 180lbs, 6' 2 1/2 and I'm 19

  • @sweetmonkeyhead I had the same problem. If you weight 180, you need to eat at least 180 grams of protein a day to steadily gain weight. If you've maintained 5% body fat since, I don't know what to say... it might go up, but if you're naturally lean it would never exceed 10%. I just hit 180 last week and I was stuck at 168-170 for a good year. I increased my weight 10lbs in a about 4 weeks.

  • @meyerlifts thank you I used to have 12 percent body fat, dieting a rowing crew got my body fat down. should I eat more fat in order to gain muscle mass? I'm sure I can cut down fat after muscle gain

  • So calories don't matter... only macros?

  • @candycutlass72

    Both matter.

  • Timba, you know you crushed so many fans when you didn't still weigh too much after getting down to your shorts! lol Seriously, I never really think too much about the weight, but only concern myself with the way I LOOK. Perhaps I should be more weight conscious???

  • For losing fat, is doing cardio a big advantage? I've heard you, Kane don't do it.

  • @panbondzio007

I actually do. Just not too much . Most times 10-15 min sessions IF and when I do it.

  • have you ever inyour life for an extended period of time eaten the standard higher carb and protein, and moderate fat diet, or have you always done lower cab, and higher fat. ALso,how long did it take you to go from 140/150 to 175 on such little carbs??

  • how much you weigh? and how tall are you?

  • SO HOW MUCH!?

  • whats macros?

  • @Dragononxtc

Amount of proteins, fats and carbs...

  • kittens?!?!?! any one else see that cat? at 00:04

  • So whats the word.....how much?

  • @shardyshaw

LOL! I think I weighed 173 that day.

  • Best physique on the internet!

  • Do you worry about sodium or fiber?

  • @mohammad112388

No, I don't. Before a shoot or when trying to 'peak' for shits and giggles, I rely just on water and carb manipulation. Sodium is also necessary to get a good pump, if that matters to you.
