  • SwordTail Bong! Good for smoking that Hydro Sea Weed! *rofl*

  • inter-woven links!!!

  • @RappyMcRapperson yeah well i do my best to include all relevant info in the more info sections of my vids, whenever i can :)

  • @pondscape heck ya. Fish rule. Very relaxing.

  • @RappyMcRapperson Not relaxing for me. More like - a fun challenge :) I am very interactive with my fish and its fun seeing what you can get them to do. See how much bigger you can get them than the text books claim they can go. How much more you can bring out their colors. What species you can convince to get along with each other that normally would kill each other :) When u experiment with the genetics & psychology of fish, u figure out how to improve them a lot :)

  • @RappyMcRapperson I've got videos up showing Convict Cichlids getting along with guppies and sword tails. Surely this falls under the "don't try this at home!" category because normally the Cichlids would kill the guppies and sword tails :D

  • When I watched your video at 2:00 I was wondering about all the plugs on the ground with all that water....

    Be careful...

    nice video

  • Yes, we are very careful. We are in the process of building this as its own seprete room with an "in door pond" in there and everything :D The electrical stuff is going to be mounted safer and "out of the way" and we are also installing a new breaker for a new electric feed with a 10 gauge wire to avoid any electrical fires due to over heating or anything. though we do tend to use as energy efficient hardware as we can.

  • We are also looking for "energy saver uv lighting". Does that exist? I've only seen fluorescent UV lighting. Fish and plants require both UV and "white light" or "soft light" as its called -- and this is easy and we will be migrating from white / soft light fluorescents to energy saver bulbs. We use energy saver bulbs just about everywhere else in the house :)
