A intense book that I recently read is THE SPIRIT WATCHER by Brendi Ploof that I got at Lulu.com. It kept me interested until the end and is a must read!
Those Peaceful Warrior books....we used to own a children's version of kind of a mash up of them, and I used to love it and read it all the time. I didn't know there were adult books too! Mind is now blown.
I've pretty much got many books too in a line for me to read that I have bought. Trying to find balance between homework and reading, but reading always wins.
can you recommend books specifically for beginners thinking of changing their eating habit and juicing with a purpose, I dont want to just juice I wanna juice to gain strength, energy and for detox purposes... please help there's just so much information out there i am feeling overwhelmed,,,
Movies of inspiring books usually ALWAYS disappoint, but the Peaceful Warrior movie is awesome. The acting, cinematography, pace of the script and the music work brilliantly to tell Dan's timeless message. The pomelhorse scene makes me cry everytime.
Thanks for the book introductions. A few I hadn't heard of and will be getting. Thanks!
I bookmarked this, I so wanna read every book you pulled out for us!! HAven't read any of them :p I was stuck on harry potter and Stephen King for my entire youth until now :) Gonna branch out a little xD
i am sooo going to pick up anastesia now....we can all do anything we want to do...limitless...you are so right. As long as we stay present and know that whatever experience we are experiencing at that moment...is exactly RIGHT for us...i am loving your videos wow
I want to send thanks and love to you for sharing your journey living raw and for your suggestion to read anastasia. It has been amazing and it all rings true with me. Thanks so much!
thank you so much for sharing this. I will be sure to check out these books. I feel like your videos speak so much to what I am experiencing in my own life- I want to respond to them all! just need to pull all my thoughts together lol- but I thought you might like The Four Agreements and anything by Don Miguel Ruiz, really amazing and simple but powerful way of seeing. Also Awakening Intuition is great, all about mind body connections. And then Ishmael- random bunch but I love them!!
The ringing Cedars are great books. Listening to you on a couple of your videos I would also recommend The Toltec Path for sure. I read that a few years ago but a great book that compliments the philosophies you are resonating with.
Right now, I am reading ANASTASIA! WOWOW Talk about an earth angel. :) There are not words to describe this beauty of a book. "There is a voice that does not use words." RUMI
I read "Mutant Message Down Under" when I was 12 or 13. I had this very spiritual roommate not too long ago, a wise lady, 70 years of age. She met Marlo Morgan once and told me that the book is nonfiction. She said that rumors it is not are false.TashX
I am loving your shares. Came across your channel a week or two ago. So much of what you say is resonating with whats going on in my life right now. I read Peaceful Warrior this past Sunday in one sitting. Started raw on Monday...with the exception of a morining coffee, I'm doing pretty well and am starting to feel the "glow". Can you point me in the direction of somebody sharing their story on going raw with young children (5 and under)? Thank you for sharing so much. love.
Thank You for the review, I do appreciate the info and the plugs, but, I wish You had been a bit more descriptive about the content of the books-maybe not so many next time but a bit more thorough in the reviewing. What does the book say? What is it's main point of concern? Is it successful in making it's point? And don't be afraid to review some bad ones, either! Thanks for the review!
I appreciate the book reviews. I am the exact same way as you are when it comes to amazon, and reading several books at once. I get so busy and get bored with the same types of books so it is refreshing to have other books suggested to me by someone with whom I share some fundamental beliefs, and whom I respect.
LOL, I have the same Amazon problem. I'm down to 20 in queue. I told myself I wouldn't buy anymore until I got to the end...it didn't work and I ended up with the China Study too.
I'll also check out the ones you suggested, they sound really interesting, thanks for sharing! Anastacia had changed my friends' lives in great ways, indeed, it must be a fantastic read.
