Wow... misinformation abounds. You should research who you do business with, but debt settlement is sweeping the country and helping people everyday breathe easier. I went through $110,000 dollars in credit card debt in 36 months and came out great.

This is complete and utter garbage, never send a C&d letter /// and if your dealing with a full disclosure co. then they will tell you all of the problems that will and could occur...I went thru Credit Answers in plano,TX and they were very professional // and there were no surprizes
