@princeofalbany It's not that I want her to be with Inuyasha. Kikyo was the most 3 dimensional character in the show, and the central figure in 90% of the show's plot. What I hate about Kagome is the fact that Kagome doesn't suffer, she doesn't grow, she doesn't learn anything, and is idealized as perfect, and she gets her happy ending, while Kikyo, after suffering and doing so much for the good of the team, gets nothing.

When she died, she was surrounded by people who loved and admired her, especially Inuyasha. Kikyo knew that she would probably die when she did what she did, and that was okay with her, because she wanted to see Naraku defeated. As for Kagome, no one has ever said she was perfect, and most of the characters didn't change that much

I like Kikyo because i actually LOOK at why she is the way she is.
