number 4 is the one that screwed up big boss' head man. its sad how after the mission he learn that the boss wasn't really a traitor and she had to die just to prove the innocence of the government.

id have to say snakes death (some would argue that after the credits he lives but if you pay attention to what he sais in relation to what otacon sais before the credits thats right before he leaves to commit suicide)

I've played through MGS4 on several occasions and that is the first time I've been able to watch that entire scene, So i thank you very much. Spend so much effort tapping triangle that you dont get to notice everything else.

I just imagined dying of microwave exposure.. Holy shit.. it would be a nightmare.. You slowly boil. Not feeling the heat coming from the outside, but the inside.. Your skin, your insides, your brain, eyes, everything feels like it's burning. Pressure builds up inside of you, while water transforms into steam..

5. wouldn't really call it sad, besides this game pissed me off, it was a great game, but i hated the ending, i personally thought it would have ended stronger with snake dying

I agree, I played that part, all the hardships snake went through and pain he had to go through not to mention he's about in his 60's. He had a hard life.

Metal Gear... damn I love Final Fantasy but if you ask me... Metal Gear wins in the sadness category, I cry each time I play a metal gear for the first time and odds are Peace Walker and Rising will make me cry too
