Great video. Can I ask, why do u need the bubbler, cant you just go from the hho generator straight to the torch since it is creating hydrogen from the negative current? I am new to this.  Thanks,

@nonamesleftorwhat Yes they are as the name implies, neither positive nor negative. They reduce the plate gap voltage.
