This isn't true parkour. This is free running. If the camera man can keep up to him hes not taking the fastest route. And thats what parkour is about. Gett around obstacles the fastest way possible.

I see nothing here except that maybe a kong is not the most efficient way to get up onto the first obstacle else. Thumbs up. :)... Later on we have the little ticket booth, I know that your trying to show the Monkey-crawl, but it isen't the most efficient way to get over either. But it's a good training so since the title above is "training Video" then it's okay:).

and that's why you should try to use either a roll, ---or land with a more strait-downward pressure, which you can attain by setting off on the walls before you jump, or get a little extra hight like jumping a bit out instead of dropping down.

Okay' let's take it from the top :

We have the intro, with wallruns. The fluidity with the palm-spin to get turned around and jump to the opposing wall is a great way to do it. But the landings your make when jumping are somewhat unstable. Now don't take me wrong - They are good, very good.  But still not perfect, you tend to get a bit of overbalance.
