being as reactive as it is, Hydrogen smells quite ...i dont know it is more a stinging tingly sensation as it reacts with your mucus and (i think) acidifies it. the smell may come from that. Helium is totally inert therefore has no smell.
@chechnya clear oderless gas it might make your voice sound like helium because its very light but i think its poisonus if inhaled but im sure a small amount isnt leathal :P
