if you read the quest text you'll see how many peasants you have to train. Usually it's 5 or something. (not sure if you realize this later in the video, I'm only at 4:51).

You have to train about 6-7 peasants in those training exercises, and the higher your training skill the more peasants you will be able to fight at one time...

Mount and Blade warband is my favourite game for pc atm, the singleplayer is great fun but so is the multiplayer, im not talking about the normal death match servers but the mods like persistent world, you should try thr persistent world mod its great fun, you can be an outlaw/serf/knight and rob/mine/farm/roleplay/conquor and much more, i would love it if you tryed multiplayer some time :)
