Dude i was the second person in line. i got there 3 hours early, talked to Brann for an hour. i got in the front row, caught one of Brann's sticks at the end (he threw it to me intentionally) and also caught one of Troy's Picks. this show was unreal. Lmao the Amp of Death is loud as hell. i played a show there once and our opening band was loud as crap already... i was under the amp so it was even worse. Thanks for uploading this video!

That was all I shot unfortunately. After that I just wanted to rock out and not worry about shooting video. Kind of wish I had taken a little more though.

I just actually spotted myself! I'm the dude with headbanging right in front of the security guard. I took my hat off for most of Mastodon's set. Was in front of Brent the whole time. Couldn't really hear the vocals though.

BTW, how did you get such a clean sound? Did you use any particular type camera with a decent mic? The sound doesn't sound blown out at all.

Yea, the sound sucks. I waited outside trying to get a ticket into the show for 3 hrs, and when I got in that spot (under the amp of death, Cradle goers will know what I'm talking about) was the best view of the stage. So good view of the musicians, terrible sound. Still an awesome experience. Show was unreal.
