Ther big trailer was never in the original image if there was an original image (I suspect there was). That machine out front is some kind of trailer generator thing; 2 wheels and a hitch we can't see.

As for what it could mean, I can only suggest what we already know about "their" numerology - perhaps it could be "01", in the upside-down use of the numeral "7" to denote "1", as is sometimes done?

The photo at 4:29 appears to have been taken *later* than the one at 4:37 (street swept, damaged windows boarded up, wrecked car removed, etc.).
Yet, to me, the rubble pile at the end of the street appears larger in the later photo.

Is that supposed to be a firetruck partially exited from the bay? A rescue vehicle parked there? What's the timeline on that? Was the driver killed?
