  • HAHA this is no longer legal under the new rules.

  • 209 baby

  • NICK DIAZ MOTHER FUCKER!!!!!

  • I could never Ko Uchi Gari that well, but I love Seio Nage I just hate getting thrown by it

  • @CavemanJesus4Life Not near as bad as strong Osoto.

  • @skrimpshidy ugh I have had some bad days with good O sotos lol. Probably my least favorite throw to be uke lol.

  • Is ronda left handed?

  • I hate the bashing. ALL martial arts have value. Bruce Lee said, "there are no superior martial arts, only superior martial artists. Most peopl don't know that Kano created 2 stlyes of Judo, Kodokan and Kosen Judo. Kosen focuses on grappling. He did this because the judo in japan was becoming almost entirely grappling and the throwing was getting lost. BJJ is what Japanese Judo looked like before Meada went to brazil.

  • @PankrationWarrior I agree man. I show respect for all martial arts, no matter what it is. I'm a lifelong judoka and every time I attempt to watch a judo video on here, some BJJ student talks shit. It's constant and pathetic. I've cross-trained judo & BJJ many years and both arts have much to offer the student. Many BJJ students have the worst attitudes and lack any discipline or respect for anyone other than other BJJ practitioners. Any punk can pay $100 a month and go bully a weakling.

  • @serekithegreat I paid $120. Do you think I got a bad deal?

  • @PankrationWarrior why does any judo guy think that bjj's main concept is "lying on your back?" Yes, the guard is obviously the differentiating point between bjj and judo, but i know sooooo many bjj guys who have deadly top games. And no one mentioned a street fight. The last place you want to be in a street fight is on the ground. BJJ's main point, at least traditional style, can be summed up as "if I don't lose the fight, I can still win." Its all about surviving and waiting for the opening.

  • @PankrationWarrior lol why so butt hurt? all i said was that this move doesnt work well in competition where submission is the main objective. besides, no one is going to backpack you in a competition where slams are legal, unless theyre dumb. Why do you think Brazil has the best grapplers in the world, Judo and Jiu-jitsu? They train both. look at canto, camilo, and guys like that.

  • in bjj this = thanks for the back

  • @sublime8510 This is technique adapted to the rules of competition Judo, check out Rondas BJJ comp or MMA comp vids

  • @sublime8510 Its always easy to watch a video and talk shit.

  • sucks u cant do this annymore cuz of teh new rules but still a really good combination

  • love it... his head snaps, then the sigh... great

  • great clinic!

  • check out my vids i recorded Jimmy pedro and Ronda rousey. Ronda at our dojo, and Jimmy at te winter nationals.

  • I like the variation, always nice to see another angle. I am concerned that your easily giving up your back for the take down. Would like to see what she does after the takedown......

  • you can hit the ko ouchi then hit the ouchi if you dont like the angle you land in..

  • I really like this combo and from there after the landing since you have the arm controlled you can hide your head in their armpit lock your leg around theirs and do a tight forward roll making them do a back roll and take their back.

  • well, if they ho more down with the seoi, you can trow him.

i like that technique so much, and she did a great job (:

  • if they go* more down, sorry xd

  • I shouldve seen this before i had to grapple a guy like 40lbs heavier then me and was like 210 then
