Why is it described as a view of bifurcated coronary arteries? Aren't those the common cartoid?

I'll post some new images in a bit. I have longitudinal images, as well. The newer videos/phones, give more impressive images, actually.

Very impressive...but I'd like to see more of a mid to distal view of the internal carotid artery inthe longitudinal plane. Love to try the device out. I'm a physician's assistant and registered vascular technologist on the east coast.
