Hobbits are getting taller- rbst, i'd wager. You seem to have a large percentage of my ideal life worked out. I used to live in CO and hope to go back in a couple years.
I commented this morning... but it's not here, so here I am again...
Don't wait too long, it's rapidly becoming crowded. And generally lovely if all you know is east coast urban. If all you know is rural living, it's getting real bad. Besides, with no Pacific influence, it's bitter cold at times, something hobbits avoid. Tall? yeh, the lady hobbits have been a bit off the mark in their choices, preferring the taller kin. The Shire has never been the same... lots of dented foreheads.
What you saw in the video was Hobbithouse Ver. 2.0, on the east side of the Rockies in Colorado just outside of Loveland. The interesting thing is that that region has only 11" of rain a year! Using roof water alone, it is still producing tons of fruit with me not there and no gardeners in sight for the past year. BTW, I said it might take 10-15 years... it only took 8 and another 2 before I shot the last scenes.
cool vid.how much did the place cost?

Very nice video, very nice work to make your "Produce Section." I enjoyed the music, as well.
