  • did you buy a house or a submarine??????these issues are common in all homes 200 or million dollar homes. do you know what homeowner maintanace is get a caulking gun.If you are a building expert why did you not build it yourself

  • Bought a house. Sorry if your million dollar home was not built right, Its up to you to ensure the builder corrects any issues you had with your place. The reason these issues are common in houses these days is because the majority of people let it slide and dont know any better. Yes, I know what maintenance is, but seeing as I PAID to have the job done right, I expect them to do it.. I did not build it myself because Del-Webb only allows their builders to build in their subdivisions.

  • Also, im going to have to disagree with you. It is NOT common to install a countertop that is not level, or hang mirrors crooked. I know its about 3 mins into the video before you can see it, but that doesnt mean it happens in most peoples homes. The counter top is almost 1/2" higher on one side than the other, which is why the gaps are different and the mirror is crooked. Thats pretty sloppy, and im sure you can agree.

  • I have a question for you though. If you went to a restraunt and ordered a cheeseburger and the waitress brought you something that was burnt to a crisp, had no cheese, no toppings, didnt bring your fries, and brought you the wrong drink, would you object? Or would you sit there eat it and just be happy that you got something?

If your willing to complain about a $8.00 meal, why not when things are wrong with a $200K house that you have to live in and see every day for the rest of your life?

  • Your video is kind of dark at first. You probably should have cut that part off. However, the problems with the doors and countertops are astounding. I wouldnt have believed it without the video, and the mirror being crooked too? This IS a new house right? No one has lived in it yet and messed anything up?

  • Its dark because I was trying to show that the doorframes were not installed correctly. Yes, it is a new house, No, no one has lived in it, and the bathroom has not been remodeled.. This is the initial construction quality.
