  • prefiero el cover (el original), el flip se me hace muy de Winbugs, de todos modos buen video

    saludos

  • que buenos efectos!

  • si, estan realmente buenos!!!

  • Hello what software did u use to take the video plz tell me

  • istanbul

  • i think he use recordmydesktop.

  • Lol, can't hack a Mac. You have no idea...

  • If You Say Mac Can DO This ,,Then I Think You Are Complementing Linux-Unix-BSD Family (mac uses bsd kernel ), about Vista ..you have to own expensive graphics card to have those effects , but on my Open Suse laptop(another Linux) i get most of these effects without even upgrade (9xx series motherboard ,with 756 mb ram ,open suse 10.3 processor intel dual core)

  • If you read the Video Info you'd see that it does say Mac and Vista can do these kind of effects. However, you have to pay for Mac and Vista, not for Linux, it's free and so is a lot of it's software under the GNU policy.

  • To quote Yoda, "That is why you fail."

  • To quote Triumph the Insult Comic Dog while inspecting a darth vader costume wearer,"Which one of these buttons calls your mom to pick you up?"

  • What theme are you using and do you have a download link?

    Anyway, nice looking desktop man!

  • He uses Ubuntu, for a guide how to install Compiz fusion look here:

    forum . compiz-fusion . org / showthread . php ?t=1012

I haven't been able to find the plugin though, so if DarknessssenkraD could provide a link to it, that would be great :)

  • Yes I use ubuntu, but I don't use that guide... I preffer to compile from the git repositories, using the makefusion script...

  • Hey, imagine using this technology on the new linux powered phone FIC Neo1973 touchscreen phone: youtube com/watch?v=wgUZSwOWMEM

By 2010, Windows and Mac will be destroyed by Linux.

    Long live to Linux!

  • Doubtful, but it will have good market share as MS continues to shoot itself in the feet.

  • Excellent, great video. Good to know that this will work with Compiz.

    Some questions:

1- What distro are you using? Sabayon?.

2- Where to download that plugin?

3- What version of Compiz do I need to run that plugin? Does it work on Beryl 0.2 or just compiz?

    Thanks for posting this video.

  • 1.- Ubuntu 7.04

2.- If you want to try this go to opencompositing. com and read a little you will find what you want

3.- It is compiz, and the merged project between compiz and beryl... it is called Compiz Fusion, so it is Compiz + Compiz Fusion

  • Great effects... awesome
