I don't know how bad is the service & support at some Mazda dealers or even in some countries, but in Ecuador is one of the best customer services that I ever seen, Mazda Premacy has change its name for Europe, North and SouthAmerica as Mazda5 and both car & company works together very fine.

I haven't any complaint for Mazda, and really Mazda5 model is one of the most secure cars in the market, is my personal opinion of course.

Mazda Premacy is a good mini MPV and I bought mine from CC Bintang Johor.But the service & support is very bad.Today 7 Aug 2008 I went to the appointed dealer Eurofrench Johor,Kebun Teh & the service advisor like a dumb look shocked as if I'm asking for a roti canai when I asked to change my Auto transmission strainer & c/out fluid with ATF M-V.He look like he just saw a ghost during the seven month hungry ghost. He don't know that Mazda Premacy has a transmission strainer and it uses ATF M-V
