I think that there is no such thing as Ghosts. That Ghosts are demons in disquise as relatives, friends, etc..to try to trick us. Demons are evil.

There r many cases all over the world of demon/unclean spirits, possession, G-hosts (They were once Godly Hosts from Heaven, now they have nothing from heaven left in them they r completely separated from God & r desperately trying 2 find a body 2 have of their own, but it is not there body they r possessing but they try to lay a claim if they can. Then the possessed body will respond to the entity dwelling inside with involuntary movements, voices etc. Better to have the Holy Spirit inside you

Maantricks can do such things by using their supernatural power. However they would need to spend lots of their spiritual energy for this. So they usually just take control over the mind and intellect of possessed person, as they use much less energy for that. Unfortunately, current knowledge about this is very poor and public opinion is shaped by Hollywood movies. Ghosts aren't real...it's our conscious being making sense of an unconscious reflex from the brain. Such as making sense of an outline in the dark, or a hallucionation you get from waking up during the night. It can go as far as making sense of a psychological disorder. If ghosts were real, and they claim to see them millions of times a year just like they do big foot. It would be scientific fact. We see squrrels every day and we can prove it. You see ghosts and can't prove it.

Not all demons believe that they were created by God. Why would that be. Other demons say they would kill Jesus if they saw him. Other demons say show respect to Jesus. The last part surprised me because these demons know who Jesus is and where they are bound. What would you do if a demon asked you to pray for there forgiveness so that Jesus might take them back into his loving arms.

You'll find lots of programs in Discovery and NatGeo channels where it shows that white people are equally affected by demonic possession. I have seen people doing some strange contortions supposedly from kundulini experience creating spontaneous yoga movements while practicing a mantra while in the presense of a guru. Could they be possessed? Can practicing a mantra or some visualization invite possession? Thank you.

@FredoFreedom If one is doing spiritual practice as per the Path of Shaktipaat after one is given mantradiksha (initiation) Kundalini awakens and such Yoga movements happen. If this is not so and strange expressions happen, we can assume it is manifestation of negative energy. Depending on the intention, practicing mantras would generally not invite possession. However due to an increase in sattva component on repeating a mantra, negative energies (which are already present in us) may manifest.

I'm no expert, but my understanding has a few layers to it...in some beliefs, it is the spirit trying to retain control of the body, as you said, wheras the holiness of the room/object/insert holy noun is trying to push it out of the person, another is that its angels, trying to wrestle the dark spirit out of the body, and also like you said, there is the theory that it is the persons own spirit trying to gain control over its body. Or some demons just move in a way the body isn't meant for.
