Your canary has the most beautiful song I have heard on you tube to date! I am going to use yours so that my moulting canary learns a most beautiful song! Congratulations! You have a true winner there!
Yeah I have my bird out free too..it sad seeing him caged in all day and you can tell when he wants to fly because he starts flapping his wings constantly. He then goes back to his cage before he sleeps He is also the same type as this one and sings awesome!.
Of all the canary singing I heard on YouTube, this one sounds the most like mine. I never get tired of him singing, it's beautiful. And he looks like him too!
How did you train your bird to not fly away?? I would love to have My canary "Toby Keith", he loves country music, be able to move around the house, but Im afraid......
I keep my little female canary in my office and she comes and goes in and out of her cage for wee spells during the day (always under supervision! cause she likes to land on the floor and pick seeds from carpet). She goes back in her cage when I tap the top and say "in you go" She's done this from the first week I had her. If you throw a spinach leaf in the cage that'll get them right back in their cage too!!

Have you ever though about breeding him? You'd get some great singers out of him!
