This game looks about as unbalanced as the entire Capcom Vs. series. I may pick it up if I can find the Mad Catz stick cheap enough, I need one for Shikigami no Shiro III anyway. Other than that, I'll stick with my Tekken 6 and SF 4.

All of the characters in the Japanese version will be unlocked from the start. But the developers are adding in 5 new characters (3 for Tatsunoko, 1 making up for the removal of Hakushon, and 2 on the Capcom side) and they said they would be making 4 of the 5 characters hidden and unlockable.

I think that Tatsunoko´s 3 extra fighters should be Yatterman-2, Speed Racer or Racer X ,and Joe The Condor, and for the Capcom side it should be Nero or Dante, and Strider

I played this game. Got videos too. The gameplay is fun but disappointingly simplistic. Weird, huh? Tatsunoko characters rocked. If it's a direct translation of the Japanese version, then say no to online play. Also, this game was U.S. bound anyway. It had the copyrights from Capcom Co, LTD and Capcom U.S.A. all over it.

Don't get me wrong. The game is fun, but the controls are much simpler than Marvel vs Capcom 2, which which feels weird if you're expecting this to be like MVC2. But that adjustments comes easily. Also, "IF' it's a direct translation...", with "if" meaning that possibility that it the game may have more features than just text that non-Japanese speakers can read. I will admit, I should have included some words so you only could better understand.

bigdaddyfranchise, what are you even talking about. Not all fighting games have the same control scheme, some are a lot more difficult with all the counters and grapples in them. Like street fighter 3 to me is a more complicated game than the fighting system in street fighter 4. Juts because they're in the same genre, does not make them the same game.

I don't think this game will be received poorly at all. This is exclusive to Wii along with online fighting plus 5 new characters to the roster.

this game had to have sold really well on the Wii in Japan. Plus the USA Wii base that wanted the game had strong enough outcry that Capcom went to work on bringing the game here to the USA. So there must be a strong Wii voice here for them to bring it.
