  • On this day the historic collapse of America's economy began!!!

  • Why are the two septa trains in this shot bypass this station? Deadhead or express service?

  • SEPTA has had every other midday train skipping this station since October 2007.

  • COOL AMTRACK!

  • hey the first train that u caught was mi train 2 metropark

  • Hey John great video. Also I saw your quote the Associated Press published about the train wreck in CA... thanks again for the entertainment.

  • Fantastic John!

  • That's a lot of trains! How long were you there? Great video!

  • this one of your best videos

  • at 1:47, great shot, u should stick with that all the time

  • Great job as always John! Couple of things: First, why were the older silver liners on the NEC isn't that rare? And also, good shot of the comet 1s. Also, I heard that they were going to turn into a MU? Is that true? Also, good shirt too :D!!

  • Yes, SL II's and III's are not common on the Trenton runs. The Comets will be added to the current push pull sets next month.

  • Wow! OK! Thanks for the info! I hope to see the Comet 1s! Will you get a video of them?

  • I see the II's and III's on every line, but what seems to happen is that certain runs will seem to have them every day for a period of time. Trains 328 and 371 on the West Trenton line (3-car trains) had them almost every day the first two months of 2008. Train 319 (5 cars) has had them a lot recently.

  • nice, you got septa picking up their lease of comet cars from njt!

  • Is that you we see in the NEVER shirt?

  • Yes, usually try to stay out of the shots but couldn't avoid it due to a sticker bush in the way. Normally would have editted myself out, but didn't want to spend the time.

  • great video

  • about how long of a peroid was this filmed on, a day?

  • A couple hours

  • Great video! Tons of action! That was cool to see a five-car Keystone, too! Nice catch with the SEPTA/ NJT move, also!

    Best Regards,

  • Straight Comet II set. Lucky catch.

  • was septa moving the njt railcars for the regional rail lines?

  • I don't know why SEPTA was even handling the cars. Usually NJT does equipment moves between it's Atlantic City Line and Morrisville, and other yards.

  • NJT retired them and has been selling them off. SEPTA bought 8 plus a parts car for use on its push-pull sets, which will have 7 cars each. Cars will be rehabbed before being put into service in the next month or so.
