Yes Mr. Tommasini I am a customer who have been trying to get Tech Support since I purchased 2- Sample Modeling Instruments & need to establish a line of Real Communication with someone who can tell me more than " Read The Manual " or to contact Native Instruments which I have done only to be told that I need to contact Sample Modeling because they are the publisher of the instrument and to be rushed off the phone by someone who really does't care about resolving your technical issues.
