That happen to most mods, but the trick is very simple, just set your Post-Process Effects on "Off" And turn off "Pixel Shader Skins". That worked for me ^^
Yes, this is a real video game. But what you see in this vid is a mod (modification) to the original game called "Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne" wich makes the game look like Hellsing. Hope that helps :P

Is it a retail or copied version you have of Max Payne 2? It might have something to do with the problem
