Just a suggestion.... I think the crepe maker should use gloves to manipulate the food.... clients don't know were those hands were before he started to cook!!!! He is probably manipulating money and his hands are dirty with whatever is on the atmosphere .... His crepes look ok.... BUT EVERYBODY SHOULD TRY MAURO'S CREPES... THOSE ARE THE BEST I EVER HAD!!!!!! :)

I like salty crepes. Salty crepes are made with cheese slices which are melting to molten cheese in the crepe, and then you choose the rest of the elements. I choose sliced hot dog, mushrooms, potatoes and mayonnaise. It's so delicious that you could eat 1 every day when on the road. Unfortunately they are cholesterol bombs and a forbidden temptation for most of us. Salty crepes are made by making this to a funnel like pie which contains all of the above ;-)
