  • Ich würde die zu verpixelnen Stelle mit dem Lassowerkzeug umrahmen, dann auf Rechtsklick und auf Ebene durch Kopie, dann die Kopierte Ebene mit dem Gesicht anwählen und auf Flitter/Vergröberungsfilter/Mo­saikeffekt.
