  • whats evalution? do they mean evolution?

  • Creationatism? Well done Miss Hawaii.

  • Even if they believe what scientist say they would never admit it,because it would be a death sentence to them winning if a politician said he was an atheist he would never get a vote for the same reason religious groups have the country in a head lock.

  • Well, it's all very sad but I'd like to set these poor confused beauties straight by showing them my cock evolve from a small floppy worm into a mighty stiff oak-like behemoth in seconds!

  • @andthereisntone

ALL HAIL THE 1 INCH MIGHTY STIFF OAK-LIKE BEHEMOTH!!

  • @skaloon 1cm to 1 inch - it''s still evolution!

  • @andthereisntone

    true that

  • The blonde miss Georgia when she claimed that "we're smarter than ever these days" cracked me up!

  • If I'm never taught how the Theory of Reletivity works then mabey I can continue to believe that it isn't true for the rest of my life.

  • what were u waiting for... they are not there for their brains...right :).

  • I'm so hyponotised by the lovliness of the ladies that I almost find myself agreeing with them... but then I rouse myself and think with my brain instead of my d**k

  • Just goes to prove that hot women are always dumb.. :(

  • bitches don't know about my scientific theory

  • "facts not theories should be taught" that's religion out of the question then

  • huurr duurr huurr duurr. this is painful

  • I don't believe in evolution either. It's obviously failed these morans!

  • I never thought it could be so painful to watch beautiful women.

  • 4:04

    The stupid. It hurts.

  • 4:04

    The stupid. It hurts.

  • Sheesh. Beuty really does mean "moron" doesnt it?

  • I am religious but believe highly in the separation of church and state. Also, it's quite possible to believe in evolution AND God.

  • @cheerfulyank yes it is, why do you think it annoys us so much that a scientific theory with as much credibility as the theory of gravity is being rejected due to religious beliefs? its ridiculous.

  • @cheerfulyank

Sure, it is possible to believe in the two of them...

So long as you partial reject the teachings of the Bible.

And in that case, what's the point in your religion.

  • Perhaps I'm missing something but these answers aren't any dumber than the rest of the general public's so I'm not sure why you're expecting someone who's put on a pedestal just because they're perceived to be beautiful should have a better answer.

  • I like how Minnesota looked cross-eyed. That PARTICULARLY made her argument "stronger".

I'm glad that none of the 'dumb ones' were from Florida. Washington was definitely stupidest.

"Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored." - Aldous Huxley.

Damn it, I actually want to compete in one of these pageants. Granted, I'd probably suck when it comes to stuff like the swimsuit competition, but I would DOMINATE intellectual topics like this.

  • lost it at "we are smarter than ever these days"

  • how can you have a favourite answer when they are clearly all closer to being retarded than they are to being intelligent.

  • @wttmartin9 MMD

  • i left after half the video cause i was getting angry

  • Miss Washington made my brain bleed.

  • I like the last one.

  • I'd like to add that my comment earlier was an attempt at light-hearted sarcasm as well as an attempt to defend the empty-headed beauties of this world. I've obviously failed. I'll try harder next time.

  • Oh I see: "Blondes"

  • Evolution is a theory, and it's actually not as stable as many people think it is. But I choose to believe in this theory because it's a more reasonable explanation than the christian God.

  • @DevReapinZ33xs What are a scientific theory ?

  • I'd fuck

  • Comment removed

  • To bad your an idiot

  • @dguy709 Lol wrong use of the word to. Wrong use of the word your. That was not even a complete sentence. You also forgot the period. That has got to be the funniest quote I have seen on here yet.

  • @dguy709 Fucking dumbass

  • In their defence (correct English spelling), they were probably never taught about evolution themselves. Hence, they don't really understand the meaning of the word in the Darwinian sense. And given that they have spent most of their lives looking in the mirror and preening, they almost certainly never found the time to read about it. You'd get similar answers from me if you asked about mascara or fashion, or other similarly important subjects.

  • Hmm. Once again I see the undereducated of the American education system.

Is the US not meant to be one of the wealthiest places on the planet? Yet it cant provided adequate education and health? Something is wrong with that picture.

I'm just glad I live in Australia. While not perfect, you get the help if and when you need it the most. Prime example - /watch?v=gsfneP8CjWY (about 1 hour) ... all *without* health insurance.

So if you have to get sick, Australia is the place.

  • "We are smarter then ever these day." You arent proving your point very well.

  • All these chicks talk about what people should believe in. Its not about belief, its about fact.

  • these retards actually think that evolution is still a theory? maybe 150 years ago when it was first discovered by Darwin? but now we have tons of evidence that proves evolution. DNA is just 1 example of the pieces of evidence they have to prove it. Religion should be destroyed in every way possible. its a shame on humanity.

  • @dguy709 It is still a theory, a scientific theory, which is about as high as you to proof in science.

Most if not all creationist will use theory in its general term of 'guess'. I think it is about time science used or made a new word to replace theory, if only so that creationists can no longer use theory in the incorrect context.

Seory perhaps - Scientific thEORY. It wont happen, but it should. :)

  • Miss Georgia:"We're smarter than ever these days" - my irony meter just exploded.

  • I actually liked what Miss Washington said about teaching, and that facts, not theories, should be taught in school. She also said she doesn't believe in someone's imagination or hope, and that she likes science. In my opinion, she does not belong in this group. I give her a thumbs up for her answer.

  • There must be benefits to holding stupid.

  • You might wanna hit the mute button to fully enjoy it.

  • D'OH!!!

Here i thought my state had dodged this particular bullet but NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO. Pegged on the very last one (Minnesota in case you are curious). And the killer is that she gave one of the very worst answers possible, advocating both sides of a dead argument.

  • and this is the superpower of the 21st century.... I`m glad Asia`s rising up again.

    USFAIL.

  • Do you think human sacrifices should be done in schools? Ummm, well, I guess maybe just sacrifice the gays and colored people sometime.....ummm maybe just once a week, and uhh just the poor students once in a while.....but I think it should be up to the families and as long as we respect everyone's individual beliefs, umm then its ok.

  • Bitches be crazy.

  • Comment removed

  • wait... what's wrong with Miss Georgia's answer?

  • how can naturalist belive that evolution should be taught in schools. If a naturalist belive in evolution, he belives that our cognitive faculties is not reliable. Why would we than even have schools?

  • @pederholm1 Why does the theory of evolution render our cognitive faculties unreliable? l

  • @AdamCF1 Not the theory itself (i belive in evolution (its even likely to be true from a biblical and theological perspective), but the evolution theory in comination with naturalism.

Basicly its because evolution -from a naturalistic perspective- is not aimed at truth (but rational thinking have to be) and the mind does not controll the actions. Even darwin and dawkins have pointed out this problem.

you can see this video: /watch?v=79SPvsZp1tY

  • ...not all these are dumb answers. change the title?

  • @JebusJack Basically all of them are ridiculously ignorant. You're fucking stupid.

  • "How do you teach a CHYAAAAWWWD" roflcopters

  • I'm glad I'm knowledged about evolution.

  • Just out of curiosity, were there any good answers?

  • Comment removed

  • What is interesting to me this that these questions are being reserved for women in one of the most cynical and superficial competitions in the world, yet, in my countries actual political debates these questions are only reduced down to a meger "do you believe in evolution," which is hardly an adequate question, but what's worse, is that an emphatic NO is applauded, and criticism of a potential president/senator/representative is seen as a vitriolic statement, one to be held with contempt.

  • So wait... evolution isn't taught in schools in the US? How backward can that country get!?!

  • @ColStuart no that isnt entirely true, it's taught in most states, but at the same time, most of those state legislative bodies either want its teached ceased, or creationism to be taught along side it. Couple that with certain politicians and religious groups who agree, and you get this pointless, uesless, debate that is the US. Its very backward, and only getting worse here.

  • this video shows that beauty and brain can not coexist

  • I dont know what I would like to teach them first. How to think or how to supress the gag reflex.

  • Welcome to America, land of the free, home of the stupid.

  • @sabermovie You made my day.

  • note..they are mostly from the southern retard states...

  • I dont want to live in this world anymore!

  • Last one is the best! Pope says it is okay now to believe so I believe. Poor teachers.

  • "Facts, not theory, should be taught."

    What does that even mean?

  • @billyboy4 It means I have been brainwashed by FOX news. lol

  • Evolution is NOT just a theory

  • The only intelligent one out of all the fucking morons who entered this "look at me! I'm so prettty!" contest said the following:

"I think Evolution should be taught in schools."

*looks at the camera with a "what the fuck are you guys smoking?" look on her face*

Unfortunately I can't remember which state she was from.

  • I find this easy to masturbate to.

  • The bit I don't get is: why do people on youtube thing that average people are any smarter than these women? hahaha These are the same answers you'll get in most communities around the world. :)

  • not one of them even had the most basic understanding of evolution. I weep for the future of my country. :'(

  • There were clearly 3 girls who avoided the question because they had no idea what it was.

  • Miss Nevada is scary looking, good God.

  • Miss Alaska's answer annoys me the most. My reason has nothing to do with Evolution. I'm bothered by the notion that we were "created for a purpose". If it were true, how could you logically be proud about any choice or achievement if it were actually destined? Fate, Destiny and Purpose oppose the belief in Free Will. It also extends the delightful idea that most people were "put here" to lose regardless of their efforts, some to starve, be murdered, etc. But not Miss Alaska or Charlie Sheen.

  • If I were one of the judges they would be all disqualified.

  • i cant watch this....

  • For fucks sake. This is what you get with superstitious education. Its scary a nation of morons like these have nuclear weapons.

  • Does beauty exclude intelligence ?

    It really seem so.

  • Isn't it amazing that you see a beautiful girl and think: " Hmm, wouldn't say no" but when they open their mouths and all this cretinous shit pours out it turns you right off!

    smart is sexy!

  • At 1:31 the dumb one says "scientists have their different theories".

Does she know what she are talking about ? :-)

  • @BelieveNoGod No, she obviously doesn't. Most people have no idea what "theory" actually means in a scientific context.

  • @BelieveNoGod "the dumb one" That doesn't help narrow it down much :P

  • Ouch!

  • The answers these girls give reflect the general public in USA. Since evolution through natural selection is a fact, obviously these answers are all wrong. The concept of evolution isn't that hard to grasp, but the years of indoctrination simply gets in the way. Hopefully the positive trend continues on topics like evolution and cosmology. One thing annoys me; these girls seem to think scientist don't have consensus on evolution, when evolution is basically fact according to most scientists.

  • @sh00008 What is more frightening than ill-educated ignorance is the possibility that some of them do understand and even believe in evolution but are frightened into pretending otherwise. The candidate from Minnesota gave the best informed answer.

  • I live for the day when they flat out disqualify them for bad scientific answes/knowledge.

  • Hilarious video! They should ask them if Religion is more substantial as a lesson than Science. But that would be too difficult (funnier), wouldn't it?

  • Its also good to know that 40% of the American population would give identical or similar answers to the ones that dont believe in evolution, as well as atleast one of the Republican candidates for president, if they win i would love it if at a conference between all the world leaders, Europes leaders were all joking and laughing at the American delegates/president due to their clear stupidity, it would actually be embarrassing for them as a nation

  • Wow-- I guess I was wrong when I thought that the younger generation shows promise in improved logical reasoning.

  • I find this so painful to watch. I had to pause it a couple times and walk off the pain before continuing.

  • "It's a theory?" Well, I guess that makes religion at best a theory and at worst a pathetic wish. Scary that the most powerful nation on earth (well, for a few more years maybe...) has so many of its inhabitants walking around with stone age views.

  • Some answers were more sensible than others. Miss Minnesota seemed the most educated. Miss Nevada was simply scary. For the anti-evolution contestants, there are several possibilities: i) they don't understand either evolution or the question; ii) they genuinely don't believe in evolution, or iii) they do understand (and/or believe in) evolution but are afraid to say so in case it jeopardizes their chances of winning. The last possibility is the most frightening.

  • ITS NOT THEY'RE FAULT THEY ARE DUMB! Its the hairspray combined with excessive eye make up - its poison, I tell you, POISON!

Anyway, they would never have had time to study at school, what with having to go shopping, get they're nails done and spend hours and hours learning to talk in that strange affected manner :)

  • goodnesss damn these people are stupid. OMg. My brain hurts. Like WTF? Can't believe this shit.. Well luckily they're not paid to talk.

  • dumb cunts

  • Pfft. 'Murica.

  • this is what happens when you send every waking moment thinking only of yourself.

  • They are all so fake, quite sickening to be honest.

  • It's almost like asking "Should science be taught in schools?" Evolution is by far the dominant scientific theory explaining the origin of species, and it is supported by observable facts. Religion on the other hand is A) not a science, and B) only supported by beliefs and myths. It has no useful purpose in primary education other than perhaps a social studies lesson.

  • Miss Georgia said that both evolution and Biblical creation should be taught because students can make up their own mind; they're smarter than ever. Is she implying she's not one of the smart ones? I mean, come on, we all know where she stands.

  • The average American. In a dress.

  • 1:47 miss Alaska... everyone created for a purpose by god... LOL

  • Evolution and science in general is not a faith or religion to be believed in. This is a fundamental flaw in all of their answers, belief is not required... evidence to support one's hypothesis is.

  • "I believe in the truth...They should teach facts, not theories" Doh!

  • have these broads ever gone to school? and if they have, what were they taught? creation according to that babble? this is one awesome vid but, seriously, how can anyone be so twisted as to ask these BEAUTIES about what they think about anything?

  • How do you teach a WHAT? 1:22

  • I am originally from Louisiana, and I vote for Miss Louisiana's response.

Like so many people that I grew up with from the delta, she hasn't a clue.

In fact, watch it again and tell me; do you think she even understood what she had been asked?

    I think not.

Her subtext goes something like this:

"Evolution is SUCH A BIG word, and it sounds a bit like "revolution" and maybe we fought one of those once, but I can't say anything about it because I don't even know what you just asked me. GO TIGERS!"

  • Yeah, Pythagoras' theory, it was really just his opinion. -.-'

  • The question is wrong.....it should be like this

     - Should evolutionary biology be taught in biology class?

i think everybody would say yes........evolution as a word is loaded in America.!!!!

  • I wanna strangle Idaho (Idawhore) -.-"

  • Some of these aren't so bad...

  • I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some, uh. . . people out there in our nation don't have maps and, uh, I believe that our, uh, education like such as in South Africa and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and, I believe that they should, our education over HERE in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, or, uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future, for our children

  • Comment removed

  • Okay folks, there are 50 states, and these are the "top 15 dumbest". I'm sure there were plenty who said it definitely should be taught, and that it's a scientific fact. I want to see all 50 interviews on this question.

  • I kinda wanted the guy giving the question to stop them mid-sentence & ask "You do know what a 'theory' is right?"

  • I want to punch their stupid faces... -_-

  • Well, its quite alarming that few seem to realize that these girls are NOT stupid, they are just trying to say the MOSTE POLITICAL CORRECT thing to say, and in america, this is it. THAT'S the main issue here, if you can't see that then you're missing the point.

  • A theory is a widely accepted law, developed from evidence, which is used to make predictions. I hate it when people don't understand that definition

  • @uru301

You should hate yourself because you are wrong.

Simply put a Scientific theory is an explanation of scientific facts and laws.

  • @ThieleM Well if you want to be petty about it I could be wrong, but I'm not. The basic point is that the term "theory" is miss used and people believe that theories are just ideas that people have. This isn't true at all.

  • @uru301

You are wrong in your definition....it is better than saying theories are guesses but you are still wrong.

In science theory and explanation are, essentially, the same.

  • Miss Kentucky, the moment you said but made everything you said before it null and void.

  • Top 15 dumbest answers?

    Not all of them!

  • @HeliCamGR Yeah one girl said "yes i think so!"

  • @missbraindamage Top 15 / one girl

  • @HeliCamGR

    All of 'em

  • These are the women our young girls look up to? We are all fucked

  • Maybe they thought it was elocution...after all they are grown up toddlers and tiaras

  • I don't think all of these answers are idiotic, Miss Missouri and a couple more had an okay point.

  • They are so empty. So sad.

  • I thought the first one was on to a good track until 0:27

  • this has more than convinced me that these contests are far worse than a waste of time

  • america is going down..............down deeper and down again

  • The last one, Miss Minnesota. I think she gave a good logical answer. She says evolution should be taught in school, she is Catholic, and evolution is not against her religion.

  • after they started to talk i stopped looking at there boobs and wanted to slap them.

  • oh god, stupidity is such a turn off...

  • Looks like intellect isn't a requirement in the Miss USA pagent.

  • Comment removed

  • girls, you are the facts that disprove intelligent design.

  • What's happening to america? O.o

  • omg they all fail so hard...... it's not about belief it's about REALITY.

  • creationitism?

  • Comment removed

  • That made me sick to the stomach...

I'm so glad i live in Norway!

  • @Velvet3232 How is Norway? America has too many idiots for me to stand.

  • @HaloZombie298 Not so brainwashed by leftist media.

  • maybe they should have been told that evolution is a scientific FACT these girls made me laugh

  • @eddieedward1986 and miss Alabama was i think the worst for me because its people like her that slow don progress of humanity saying people shouldn't know facts of the world.

  • Dear, Miss Indiana, evolution is already taught in schools.

  • They should rename it the Miss American Dumb-ass contest.

  • good thing its only a beauty contest... eventhough they sound almost like most of the republicans running for president!

  • Way to prove the theory that brains and beauty don't mix.

  • The best was Miss Kentucky, clear and simple.

  • miss georgia is the one i think said it best. still pretty stoopid.

  • The last one sounds dumb, but to be honest you're not going to get much better than that from Americans... Poor bastards

  • @bluemoonrising26 Being from a small town in the US, I completely agree. The US is riddled with religion which keeps our minds from evolving. I was a victim of religion for most of my life and only recently I have broken free from the delusion. Now I can see how cancerous religion really is.

  • @vottoduder

One of life's great riddles is "how can the same country - America - have both the second highest percentage of Evolution deniers in the world AND the highest number of published scientific papers per annum"?

  • @vottoduder

PS. Good to hear you're no longer insane, BTW

  • I think that the Giant Galactic Pixie shat these tools out to annoy me.

Who da' thunk it would be the Catholic who'd make the most sense?

  • Miss Washington: "I believe in the truth, not theories".

Forget facepalming, I basically punched myself in the head.
