hi i have question asus rampage 2 its made for overclock like everybody know and i buy this dd3 on ebay i wonder how i overclock them because i see they running at 1066 mhz and i rampage 2 have a cool future called memmory level up i go there and i setup up very simple putting them at 2000mhz have also 1088 if u want but my question dont happend nothing if i overclock them without fans the case have alot of airflow but im afraid to burning them please reply if u can :)

That's all you need is more dust on the contacts of your RAM. Don't bother with buying a canister of compressed air... Get a real air compressor to dust out your PC every MONTH!

I have the previous version of this ram The KHX2000C9D3T1FK3/6GX which also came with fans. I have both of two of these kits for 12gb total.

One thing i noticed compared to this new kit though its that the latency is different. For this you mentioned that the Latency is 9-10-9, the ones i have were rated at 9-9-9... i havent tried overclocking them yet though. I can honestly say the ones i got are nice piece of kits. The Fans (exact as this) look awesome; keeps it cool and is very quiet.

@TechtodaProductions Actually yes, if you use 2 of these 2GB modules for example in a Dual Channel DDR3 board they will work, however the XMP profile will not be enabled.

I Deleted the Old Windows Folder and My Computer Worked Fine after i upgraded to windows 7

@BrokenStudios39 If you upgraded to Windows 7, it just makes the Windows.old folder. It contains your old operating system, and some other data.

It should be safe to delete it, but to be sure, rename it to "Delete" (as WizKid already said) and test if everything works fine. If it doesn't, just boot your pc up with a Linux boot disc, and rename the folder back to Windows.old

If it does work, good for you :)

I deleted my Windows.old folder, and everything works perfectly.
