  • leoapp1223 why is there no killer whale? They can servive in cold weather even antarctica because of there blubber.

  • Gannets don't dive at 90mph they dive at around 60mph

  • I didnt even know exist bears existed

  • @TheKoopatroopa31 A cockroach is an animal. As yourself this question: What is an insect?

@OP Really good video, very informative.

  • a cockroach isn't even an animal!

  • @leoapp1223 sup dude great vids but why arent gannets in your top ten fastest animals???

  • only freaks of nature are at the top

    DAMN NATURE YOUR SCARY

  • @scotland2903 r u serious? If a snake has bitten the rat it is not letting go... if wouldn't need the venom

  • a question for you leoapp 1223: are THAT cleaver or do you search infromaiton for your veidios?

  • @MrFemmenn

of course i searched informations for my videos

  • @leoapp1223

would a water bear be classed as an animal as it is a microscopic organism?

  • This is Way Better than "The Most Xtreme"

  • @scotland2903 shit ....i can answer that...there not immune to teeth ...thats y they get killed...

  • VENOM is toxin which will give effects ONLY if it's injected through your blood vessels (usually by natural tools: stings, fangs, tentacles, so, snakes, spiders, scorpions are VENOMOUS). POISON is toxin which will give effects if it's injected through your blood vessel, eaten, drunk, inhaled, smelt. so if an animal is toxic to eat, it means the animal is POISONOUS, certain fish are poisonous to eat. rats are immune to many POISON but not immune to SNAKE VENOM.

  • @leoapp1223 u were right up until u said that poison is injected. poison is ingested, either through eating or all those other things you said. other than that you were spot on

  • actually i used some MJ songs for soem of my videos, but Youtube deleted it (copyright problem) and i had to change the song with song provided by youtube :-/

  • nice video but get your facts right!

  • actually my sources are some animal encyclopedias and books, i think quite accurate.

  • can a water bear survive a black hole? jk

  • I've never heard that rats are immune to poison.. that's absolutely ridiculous. A rat samples new food a little at a time to make sure it won't make them ill because they can't vomit. That makes it difficult to kill them, they're just smart.

  • Thx. yes, it's hard to choose the top 10 toughest animals.

  • Omg you fail so much. 0:58 that's a fucking dromedary, camels have two humps. If you don't know a shit about animals and you use fake internet sides to get information gtfo and stop making videos.

  • i know, i'm not an animal expert. but don't you know that there 2 camel species, Bactrian camel (Camelus bactrianus) with 2 humps from Central & eats Asia and Arabian camel (Camelus dromedarius) with 1 hump (also known as DROMEDARY) from West Asia . just quote you word: 'If you don't know a shit about camels don't call someone fail. you FAIL. but it's okay, there is a common misconception than a camel always has 2 humps. not always.

and i do some searching before making videos. thx =p

  • @leoapp1223 my reaction fail lolx...i rate camels no1 as toughest animal....how could u rate a mere rat on 5...lolx...u r so dump...camels nd polar bears r toughest..

  • no head, for nine days? lol, what for?...stupid roaches.

  • no

  • F the roaches man, no wonder they are so hard to kill...

  • I think the water bear should be renamed the microscopic water tank

  • Why is it called a water bear if it can go a decade without water? Weird.

  • its habitat is water. but it can also be found on lichens, moss, dunes, beaches, soil, almost everywhere worldwide

  • @leoapp1223 Ahh.

  • @leoapp1223 So it lives in water, but doesn't drink it. Now I get it! :D

  • @megastarwarsrocks99 probably because it has enough water in its system to go a long time

  • wtf is a water bear?

  • it's a microscopic animal, not an insect but related to an insect. its main habitat is water and its gait looks like a bear walking, so it's named water bear. its size is as small as a flea

  • thx for watching my vids =)

  • i hate grasshoppers/crickets so much and when i saw the weta i freaked out a little just imagine one of those jumping on you O.O

  • funny how cockroaches can live nukes right?but cant live to a stomp.

  • #9..WETA..is that like a very large cricket or something? lol

  • @MrGooseMuffin I think that it is a type of cricket found in new zealand....

  • I saw a video (NG? BBC?) that mentioned how the tube worm can live with one end of its body in a rock that's right next to a lava flow (200 degrees Celcius: twice the boiling point) while the other end of its body protrudes into the icy water (three or four degrees Celcius) all while surviving the pressure of being several miles under the sea. (With pressures like that, water boils at a much higher temperature; think of the pressure cooker!)

  • Yes, waterbear is more extreme than scorpion, but scorpion (to my mind) can be in top 10

  • Sorry, maybe I mistake but some persons and websites says that some species of scorpions can resist to a nuclear war.

I think that they survive to radiations, but not to cold after nuclear bombs.

I was very surprised when I seen that scorpion was not in your top.

PS : Sorry for grammatical errors, I'm a french boy 13 years old.

  • maybe i missed some informations for scorpion. but i think water bear definitely deserves #1 spot, right? it has some extreme natural abilities

  • dis is BORING and SHIT

  • @101shakil

why did you watch it then? shit face

  • holy shit those water bears are fucking scary what do they eat

  • is a waterbear like a bacteria or somthing

  • it's not a bacteria, it's a microscopic animal, not insects but related to insect. its size is like a flea

  • @leoapp1223 so i thought a water bear was bigger microscopic and it not?

  • yes, it's a microscopic animal, its main habitat is water and its gait looks like a bear walking, so it's named water bear

  • yay i learn something new

  • yeah animals use their natural abilities but humans have the natural abilitie to create technology, i think that counts

  • @9clutch It is showing how well they survive in their harsh enviroments and it was the big bang that created Earth

  • nice vid, keep up the good work! u rok!

  • thx for watching =)

  • This is too subjective. Survival and toughness is being measured here between the species and its respective environment. Put a polar bear in the Sahara desert and see what happens or try having a camel try to survive in the Atlantic Ocean. The bottomline is what is tough to one animal is perfectly adaptable to another. Nature has all its animals in the appropriate places. When God created Earth....he pretty much knew what he was doing.

I like the effort in the video though. :-)

  • holy crap dude nice video!!!!! that's totally metal!!!! sorry i'm a metal head and i think stuff like this is awesome!!!!!

  • thx for watching =)

  • Insects are part of the Animalia Kingdom, learn some Biology and basic zoology...

  • They have all been tested in laboratories to find out how much they can take before they die.

  • Ahahahah mate I was like WTF is that water bear. It looked like the size of a bear to me :P. Lol makes a lot more sense now that I realise it's microscopic. What does kill the water bear when it's in a vacuum? Can it hold it's breath for 9 days. Wouldn't the pressure make it explode?

  • i have heard of the water bear befor but i didn't knowthat it can survie in space :)

  • is a water bear a flee?

  • no, water bears or Tardigrades are microscopic animals, as small as fleas. But they are not fleas.

  • Water Bears (tardigrades) are just simply epic.

  • sorry, i'm from Indonesia, Englsih is not my first language ;p

  • Palestinian people are the the best survival being in earth , they survive between israilian rockets !!

  • what about scorpion

  • Firstly, not all of those are animals, secondly120 kph is actually 75mph, and 100mph is 160 kph, not 140. Bad research.

  • some people consider insects as animals, but some people also consider insects as animals cos insects are parts of Kingdom Animalia, it's ok to have different point of views. i can be wrong about mph convertion to kph, but i did the reseachers for these animal ablities, all of these animal abilities have been tested.

  • @MrBenji959 youre only right in one way. the water bear is the only one that is (only sort of) not an animal. they reproduce themselves like all other animals but the first one were developed in moss. every other one is an animal though.

  • well, water bears are insects and because insects are part of Kingdom Animalia, i still consider wate bears as animals

  • @leoapp1223 Water bears aren't insects. They are animals, but they aren't insects. They're close relatives of Velvet Worms.

  • yes, sorry, Water bears or Tardigrade, from phylum Tardigrada.

Arthropod (which includes insects, arachnida, scorpions, crustacean) is also a phylum

  • the water bear's real name is Tardigrade and they're the ONLY animal known to be able to survive the vacuum of space

  • Comment removed

  • the cockroaches is actually 10 days witout there head

  • dam the water bear is hardcore

  • One thing is for sure, the water bear will never go extinct!

  • snow leopard, yes almost similar it has ability like polar bear (coldtemperature survivor) but polar bears and penguins are more extreme though. you know, i only made top 10, i couldn't include many animals.

  • you forgot something about the polar bears they can drink up to tons of coke cola lol

  • oooh i hate thos F*CKIN cockroaches, these insects make shit in my pants..i don't know why i hate them, but i hate them....

  • @NARUT0tv no, it should nt be.

  • Water Bears :O They look nice :P When you tlaked about them I was like '' He's gonna say it's a Joke'' or something xD they can survive a decade without water!? :O 10 days in Space!? What the hell is that thing!! xD Woww.. Impressive :D Nice videos

  • unlike these animals, humans needs tools and technology to survive. these animals just use their natural abilities

  • @leoapp1223 thats whats so kl about humans

  • @leoapp1223

    incorrect

the human uses tools and technology becuase it is thier ability

    bam!

  • @leoapp1223 yea because humans have adapted to that kind of living if you gave electricity to a lion i think they would adapt over time ..

  • @leoapp1223 These animals you are talking about took billions of years of selective mutation to achieve those traits and they are still changing. Human invent to boost up what they lacked if we weren't that vunerable, you can forget , transportation, media and even clothes. Is that a world you would currently agree to leave in if you had the option?!

  • @leoapp1223 dont you get it, humans ability to reason and make tools is the natural ability. thats how we are able to prosper as much as we have

  • @Leoapp1223 where in the world are Water Bears found? never heard of them?

  • everywhere in the world, but their main habitat is water. it's a microscopic animal, as small as a flea. its gait looks like a bear walking so it's called water bear

  • 100 mph is 162kmh btw..

  • @InUrFce Actually, Cockroaches ARE animals. Everything classified under the kingdom of Animalia is an animal (including humans). You're just a moron. If you don't think Cockroaches are animals, then what are they, plants? Go back to school.

  • poor penguins they cant sit :((

  • i respect your opinion you must respect my opinion too.don't call people with different opinion stupid. i consider all arthopods (included insects, spiders, etc) animals, i consider humans as animals, we're mammals, all mammals belong to Kingdom Animalia.i don't need to go back to school, cos i'm a doctor. if you look at my other vids, where i included insects as part of my animal vid, A FEW users commented that insects were not animals, MOST other users disagreed and said insects were animals.

  • well, when we study Biology we always consider them as animals. actually most users here didn't complain if bugs were considered as animals ;p

  • well, some people consider bugs as animals (included me), some people not. it's ok to have a different opinion

  • @leoapp1223 there's no different opinion. A bug is an animal. Things are the way they are.

  • but, it's so annoying. some users here called me stupid cos i included insects/bugs on my animal video ;p, so it's clear that some people don't consider bugs as animals

  • @leoapp1223

well it's not a matter of opinion at all. true Bugs are an order of the Insects, which are animals technically..so it's hard fact, not a matter of opinion.

  • @leoapp1223 animal:any of a kingdom of living things including many-celled organisms and often many of the single-celled ones that typically differ from plants in having cells without cellulose walls, in lacking chlorophyll and the capacity for photosynthesis, in requiring more complex food materials, in being organized to a greater degree of complexity, and in having the capacity for spontaneous movement and rapid motor response to stimulation.

    insects are animals

  • well, in Biology animal classification, cockroachs are part of Kingdom Animalia. They are Arthropods.

  • You forgot scorpions (can survivie in nuclear waste dumps) & ticks (can survive over a decade without food & water).

  • oh, okey thx for adding more informations =)

  • You forget Lungfish.they can survive 5 years without water and live up to 80 years..

  • ok, thx for your information =)

  • WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • cockroach, ants........insects .........lol

  • insects are animals right?

  • @leoapp1223 I was just kidding ....see "lol".....you need to make more insect videos too! I have been dealing with lot of these tough insects lately in Summer. Notably ants and spiders! They seem tough survivors.

  • yeah, cos some users on youtube always complain that insects are not animals, like "why you included insects cos your video is about animals, not insects". it's annoying ;p

  • @leoapp1223 u r one of few here on u2b who specialize in the animal comparison related video....looking forward to some interesting stuff in future...there are still some categories left to be explored.........longest gestation period in animals, animals (same for insects) that can grow replacement body parts :)............deepest ocean swimmers....maximum jaw pressure bite in animal kingdom...

  • yeah, i guess my next video will be about the strongest jaw pressure

  • @leoapp1223 uh u mena the water bear can surive in the space for 10 days?? and btw the roadroachs are their brain in the ass?

  • yes, it's been proved, water bear can survive in the space for 10 days without O2. Cockroaches breathe through a system of tubes called tracheae. The tracheae of insects are attached to the spiracles, excluding the head, so they actually don't have a true brain. so the head is basically only used to eat, smell and see, not as a center of breathing (unlike humans)

  • @leoapp1223 actually, some insects even use other body parts to smell. butterflies for example use mainly their feet to smell.

  • yes, moths and butterflies use their feet to smell. my point is cockroach's centre of breathing is not on its head. so it's not fatal to cut off its head.

  • @leoapp1223 ok, btw how big is the water bear cuz it sounds like they are just as big as a bear??

  • it's a microscopic animal, as small as a flea ;D, its main habitat is water and its gait resembles a bear walking, so it's called water bear.

  • @leoapp1223 oh ok thanks

  • hi adit

    you dont have to include many animals cos ;

    * horse can stand up for 30 days so imagine how it can resist

    * the scorpion can resist for 1000 atomic radiation and just 600 can kill man

if gannets can fly around water the Albatross can be 3 years around the sea and eat some fishes and the Martinet Swift too

the arctic tern travel 35000 km in two months

  • man you forgot about the archae bacteria

  • well, basically bacteria are not part of Kingdom Animalia, so i didn't include them

  • what the hell, that water bear looks like the Alien. i can't believe it could survive in space.

  • wth is that water bear o.o i never even saw onces in my 16s years lifes lols

  • you can barely see water bears, it's a microscopic animal, the biggest specimen is even only few mm

  • @leoapp1223 k thanks

  • LOL

We are not as tough as a water bear but we can utilize technology which can help us survive in places and conditions that these animals cannot survive - including the vacuum of space.

  • but these animals don't need technology to survive the most extreme conditions, unlike humans

  • Hey, did you get this from Animal Planets countdown thing?

  • yes, one of my sources ;)

  • Fuck you polar bears are the shit, camels can suck it

  • SENSELESS O_o

  • Just need to ask, where the heck are Wolverines? they are absolutely crazy

  • WHOA!!! whats a WATER BEAR!???

  • it's a microscopic animals, as small as a flea, but its gait looks like a bear walking, so it's named water bear (water is one of its main habitats)

  • @goldangel100 ets e see ber

  • thx for watching ;)

well, these animals can survive the most extreme conditions naturally with no tools, technology, no help from others, unlike humans. so i think humans don't deserve to be in the top 10

  • @leoapp1223 I'd call evolution a form of technology.

  • we are just the ones that is smartest, without our brains we would have been exstinct a long time ago!

  • nr8 isnt a camel thats a dromedary..

  • dromedary is also called arabian camel, with 1 hump, the other species is bactrian camel, or we usually just call it a camel with 2 humps

  • i would add scorpions since they can survive nuke tilt..

  • I've heard of the water bear...i predidcted it would be No. 1 too.

  • ok look we r not the smartest elephants r and we can only survive with clothes and crap like thaat animals survive naked and we need guns and knifes and hooks and crap they use wut they wer born to have

  • ok so look at this humans are not the smartest as matter of fact elephants r and we can only survuve with clothes and weapons and shit but animals have there own weapons and also they survive naked so we suck compared 2 them

  • W/o wepons, guns, knifes and kungfoo humans will be on the bottom of the food chain

  • I think that No.1 is Man ,

cause we adapt to almost every situation =b

+ we are also the smartest ^^

  • but humans use brain, tools and technology to adapt every kind of situations, these animals just use their nature ability to survive the most extreme condition

  • @cagaparadentro We also destroy all other life everywhere we go

  • @cagaparadentro We Don't adapt. We have no Fur. This is about ability, and natural things. Humans suck at adapting, But we try to just make the best out of it with our brains. We Can' Stay underwater forever, or stay in mountains forever, or the antarctic, with nothing at all, But these animals can.

  • THX!..THIS VIDEO! HOMIE!...EVERYDAY SOMETHING 4 TO LEARN! =D....and where i can find the water bear?

  • it's a microscopic animal, as big as a flea, so it's hardly recognised (only 1 mm), but its habitat is on lichens, moss, dunes, beaches, soil, saltwater, freshwater, almost everywhere worldwide

  • i didn't even know that water bears existed, wow.

  • jesus christ at water bear!

  • actually dromedary is other name of arabian camel

  • the water bear is a increadible animal

  • what the hell is a water bear?

  • it's a kind of microscopic animal, like flea, its gait looks like a bear walking so it's called water bear

  • @unch0senone touche

  • thanks leoapp , interesting video :)

  • no problem. Thx for watching ;)

  • Shitty song, but thanks for the information.

  • screwyounikki. in/?id=9h0m7pi20qebngns2sfuvvrn7d1ti6 .. watch that link lol :D support me xD

  • I think No.1 Is Mr.Taksin From Thailand!!

  • Please change the font color of the print in your videos. It is difficult to read some of the captions due to the background color.

  • you got this list from animal planet

  • Polar Bears are such great survivors they are endangered.

  • Aww... No DINOSAURS!!??
