I had jurry duty and got into a conversation with a man that just spent 3yrs in Iraq doing goverment work. We got into the dinar and what he told me blew my mind he made so much sensce. He spoke fluent native language and got alot of inside igy.
I'm definitly not spending my life savings but even a couple hundred is worth the gamble. I just can't believe how very few people know about this. Just saying
hi to everyone, i have a question, if iraqi dinars have the staple holes in them and are in crisp condition are they acceptable ? and if you have dinars that are a little worn are they acceptable ? what are conditions are un-acceptable ? any info will help
@lh12cat Just like USD notes have have defacement rules, (rules for legal tender to stay in circulation) I'm sure the dinar does also. you might want to google something along those lines to see what the bank of Iraq will accept. what you could also do is take one (preferably a small nomination) that is in these conditions you speak of, to a (knowledgeable) international currency exchange kiosk and ask them. worst case scenario they take it and you loose $10. (which would of happened anyway)
I have Dinar but please don't anyone run out and spend too much thinking it will RV at 3+. Most likely it won't. IF anything happems it will likely be much less than that. I feel it's worth buying since for next to nothing you can get in and if something happens it can be big. Don't spend more than you might blow on a fun weekend at a casino or something.
@MRJOHN0071 good point. but how would the system handle or even be capable of paying out trillions for revalued Dianrs, when everyone is looking to cash in those DInars for USD all at once?
@MRJOHN0071 I agree, but will it just be demoralized (from 25,000 dinar or just drop zeroes and be 25 dinar) or will its worth be revalued. either way. countries like Vietnam and japan are not at war and their currencies are worth less than the Dinar...
@irichard yes, of course. the chicken's value does not change, just the value of what you use to purchase it. but its different (I think) when you aren't buying anything, you're just exchanging fiat currency.
Watching from Vietnam, or you're just Vietnamese? Either way, thanks for watching.
lolol read 1973 "upon the devaluation of the USD in 1973 dinar appreciated to 3.39" soooo it went up buys more dollars because we went off the gold standard. it still drop because their economy sux ;p inflations everywhere why r u talkin about currencies of loser countries lol go to goldprice website and check gold price in all currencies(loser paper currencies). heck and gold is only to protect wealth. lol conspiracies haha
@sillynanny44 just kinda got me thinking, being their economy might improve quite a bit, once we stop occupying their country that is. being it sparked my interest for that reason, I tried to lean some more by making a protect out of it....i guess? hahaha, no doubt. I'm hanging on to my metals. Wish I had money to buy more.
@scalp340 good idea haha. so it is not adjusted for inflation. both currencies suffered inflation. this exchange rate chart doesnt show much in regards to that. also, gulf war was fought during 1990. there is a lot of misinformation on the internet & else where because of the conspiracy theorists and socialists. i believe that this libertarian movement needs more ideologues and less conspiracytheorists that discredit our antiwar efforts or else ppl of influence wont take us seriously
@scalp340 also, if you want to make money maybe you should look into China & Australia(&mining because thats where RP puts his money in. look up may 19th Los Angeles Time article on dr. paul). the chinese save alotta money but if u know what they're interested in buying u can make big bucks. check out agricultural commodities and things related to agriculture because of their growing middle class.
@sillynanny44 Thanks a lot SN, I will for sure look into that, i need some like know bodies business. Also, yes, the gulf war only lasted 6 months, but they we were screwing around in the middle east before hand and here and there for the entire 90's. thats why i use that big slope as an entire gulf war reference.
Video was ok.... need more meat....

WHEN A COUNTRY IS IN WAR THERE CURRENCY IS WORTHLESS, WHEN THE USA PULLS OUT THE IRAQI DINAR WILL REVALUE.
