I ate squids here!!! So amazing. He honestly makes it out to be more nasty than it actually is. The only thing I couldn't handle was the texture, but the sauce is DELICIOUS! Be adventurous.

@50UTHPOLE Actually, left to their own devices (as in the wild) or bred with ample room, pigs keep themselves pretty clean (they bath) and won't eat filth unless you give it to them and not provide them with anything else. It's people who have made the pigs dirty, by themselves they are quite lovely little animals, and tasty.

squid braised in its own ink was very common in manila when i visited, they have spanish roots so it makes sense they are skilled with spanish dishes. Its good, I didnt find it as exotic as zimmern was acting it to be. Tasty tho

I like this show. To some people these kinds of foods are quite unusual but to those countries and people, these are quite natural because every country has its unique kinds of foods. These kinds of unique foods belong to each countries culture and I respect that.
