yeah dude that is so true, my nephew guitar teacher teaches by ear for the young children under under 8 it's like a child learning how to talk, you don't make a baby read to learn how to speak a language they learn it by ear it is the same with music they pick it up quicker. He said they will learn notes later on in life like music class in school. This method of teaching is called the Suzuki Method
